Dr. Michael and Assistant Isabela were amazing! They took such good care of my dental needs, were professional and kind both visits. As an out of pocket payer everything was affordable and reasonably priced for my procedure. Happy that I have found a dentist on my side of town ?

What an amazing team this office has! Nadia Harke was especially helpful and inviting! She made all of my worries and nervousness disappear. She was very professional and did a great job at assisting with my appointment. Check in and check out was a breeze as well. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family.

Nadia was the best. I was way early for my appointment and Nadia came and got me early. She’s very professional, polite and efficient.! Dr Kacer also greeted me. Ive always had the best care from the Ortho team (including Stephanie who is no longer there) and dental team. Thank you Dental Pros!

This place operates as revenue driving operation that hires dentists vs a dentists office. Selling add-on services & products. Calling you monthly asking if you need those services & products. Then shockingly texting you about your next appointment- and if you don’t a actively call or text back, they cancel your appt. Self sabotage? I have never felt comfortable there even tho the people are friendly. I feel like I’m on the Truman Show. Somethings off.

I recently was referred to DentalPros by an ER nurse at St. Josephs hospital. I have had some bad experiences in the past with another dental office. Where they were mostly concerned with making money rather than giving me the care or a treatment plan to solve my many issues. Im all for them making money but not by creating dental issues that are fabricated. . There was never any transparency with my x-rays or financial explanation to show what was needed. There was never a breakdown of items in writing for the costs shown to me. At my last appt. they wanted to remove an already stable candraleiver bridge and put a whole new bridge in. All i needed was them to fix one tooth next to it and not rip out and do a redo. So many other things that were not above board kept happening. I should have not given the benefit of the doubt so many times, not listening to my gut feeling.
I did not tell the new dentist at DentalPros (Dr Micheal )any of this. I wanted to see what he would say when he was finished examining me, and tell me what i needed. After he was done i then asked him if he saw anything wrong with the area the other dentist said needed to be done. He said no it was all fine. Im glad i did not go forward with my old dentist.
Dr. Micheal at Dental Pros created a treatment plan in writing, with costs and pictures of the actual areas needed to work on.with FULL transparency. In addition, each and every staff person i encountered were friendly and professional. Monique the financial advisor for my treatment plan was professional, open and kind. My old dental office had the wife working there, she was not a pleasant, caring, or transparent at all. Never smiled, ordered you to the next window. Made you feel like a big inconvenience. Theres more but this too long already. Needless to say, i highly recommend DentalPros if you are looking for transparency, professionalism, kindness, and trust. It’s already a stressful situation going to the dentist, no one needs to be treated like that, lesson learned. If you want business for your practice then you need to do better, and be better and actually care about what you’re doing with your patients, eventually the truth comes out. I am very confident going forward with DentalPros and their staff knowing i will be taken care of. Not taken advantage of. Also, a shoutout to Isabella the dental assistant who was very kind and skilled at her job. Thank you!

I loved my cleaning today 8/14/2024 Melissa was wonderful, she was very gentle, I have alot of dental anxiety, and can feel everything on my teeth ×10, but she made me feel relaxed, she's a beautiful human being, I most definitely be going back to her for my next cleaning! Thanks again Melissa and Dr. Michaels!

Disabled with major dental issues. Every person at DentalPros was incredibly sensitive and accommodating with my mobility restrictions. Dr. Michael and Sydney created a comfortable environment, evaluated my dental situation and provided options for me to consider. Anna walked me through the insurance and payment options. After avoiding dental visits for years - after all, who really wants to go to the dentist? - these folks provided such a positive (dare I say enjoyable?) experience, so much so that I made another appointment for the next day. It was great to see them again!

Dental Pros, provided orthodontic care. Dr.Kacer & all the staff are very supportive, are caring of their job. What seemed to never change, the diligent work of the team & my self is now a beautiful smile. I came in very upset of hearing other news of other places but I felt very comfortable & someone that really cared; Dr.Kacer came out to greet his patients in the lobby. Something I never seen, in any place it's usually the assistances. I am an adult, I felt comfortable; now the children were more!
