I have serious issues with going to the dentist, that said, Smile Design Dentistry was terrific! Dr. Maggie was great, she was patient and personable as we discussed a plan of action to move forward. Additionally, Amber, knowing I had issues, was fantastic . She too was patient and her sense of humor put me at ease. I highly recommend Smile Design Dentistry!

After bringing my mother here regularly for 4 years, for many appointments(checkups, bridgework, x-rays, extractions, cleanings), I question the integrity of this office. The dentist and hygienists, if you can get one to actually do a cleaning(only deep cleanings and other treatments are recommended), are kind and very good at building rapport. However, it is clear that the business end supercedes patient care. If you have a lot of money to spend, you will get good care here, as long as you can put up with a little bit of shady dealings. For example: Today I took my mother to a cleaning appointment that they scheduled in the summer when she had her last cleaning. We've also been in for two more appointments since summer, where nobody mentioned any changes in her plan of care. But today the front desk lady said "we can't do a cleaning because she needs an extraction" when I looked confused, she said last October it was recommended. I asked, "Like October 2023?" She said "yes. So we can't do a cleaning when extractions are necessary." I said, "but we were just here for an extraction and she had a cleaning in the summer and nobody said anything." She looks in the computer and sees that my mother has, in fact had a cleaning since last October. But insists that if a cleaning is done today it can move an infection around. I'm still trying to figure out what infection we're talking about since we've been here for multiple appointments in the last year, including a cleaning, and nobody ever said it was necessary to have these other teeth extracted. Meanwhile, my mother is happy and smiling with no complaints. If she has had a raging infection since October 2023, she would have complained or developed signs or symptoms. Furthermore, why am I discussing major changes in my mother's plan of care with the front desk staff? The dentist and/or hygienist should be informing people of changes in recommended care. There have been multiple things that I have questioned, but I've ultimately stuck it out to not have to move my mother to another dentist. And after all the money my mother has dumped into this office. What a disappointment.

They call you to set up appoiments to charged you, i have not been there for over a tear and keep calling me to set up appoiments, i told them when im ready i will call and they set up appoiment for me and they call mecto remaind me i call them back to cancel same morning and now they want to charge me 50 dollard charge, i will not coming back there ever and the person that called me was rude.

Paid over $1500 total for deep cleaning and 1 regular cleaning and was planning on going back every 3 months for regular cleaning to prevent any issues, went back for the 4th time for a regular cleaning and walked out, every time I went back the cost for regular cleaning was higher. I would recommend finding another office that appreciates a good customer don't waste your money here

I am not a huge fan of the dentist.....so... wanting you to know this place is amazing!
Completely comfortable and cared for gentle and kind.
Their professionalism and positive confidence makes everything as smooth as possible.

What a way to waste my dental benefits. I'm new to Florida and needed a new dentist. I was hoping for X-rays, cleaning, exam. I should have been aware.... the first thing they asked me was if I've ever had a deep cleaning. After X-rays and exam they told me I needed deep cleaning and they would not do a regular cleaning without first doing a deep cleaning. So now I'm out of luck on a cleaning because they want over $700 out of pocket for deep cleaning. Total ripoff- be aware of this place

Love Dr. Maggie and her ENTIRE staff. I had major work done a couple of years ago and on day one, while sitting in the waiting area, a man came in wanting info on the owner of the company to tell them what a great dentist Dr. Maggie is, and what a great overall experience he had there. Needless to say this put my mind at ease especially when he turned to me and said, "You're in great hands." He was absolutely right. Dr. Maggie Bressler did such a beautiful job on my teeth, and I did not go in for cosmetic reasons, my teeth were just plain F**ed. But they look so beautiful now I am constantly being asked about them and specifically where my dentist is.
