Very nice staff, they took me in on an emergency extraction. The nurse was so kind. Everything was explained to me clearly and answered all my questions with full transparency. The only thing that I wish had been different is the anesthesia wasn’t strong enough and I had mentioned I tend to have a resistance to it and usually takes more than the initial dose, I was told that if needed they would administer more. After the initial dose was administered and some minutes have gone by, the nurse asked how it was going and I said it’s starting to work I didn’t say that it was numb, not much later the doctor came in and did some testings and I did feel a sharpness in a part so I thought they would administer more local anesthesia but they just went in and pulled my tooth out . I have never held on to a surgery table as I did then, it was fast but very painful. Besides that they did a great job.

Dr Nguyen and his entire staff were knowledgeable and friendly and took time to explain all of the details of my procedure, answered all of my questions and kept me updated throughout the procedure. They gave me comprehensive and easily understood post op instructions and called me a few hours after so went home to be sure there were no problems. The whole team was great

Implant has gone well. Damaged tooth was removed and implant base inserted in surprisingly short time. Procedure was no fun but the residual pain I expected afterwards never appeared. Didn’t need painkillers that evening or next day. I’m very pleased with Dr Omoto’s work.

First of all, my 17 year old was extremely nervous at the idea of having his 3rd molars surgically removed. We showed up about 15 minutes early. The staff is super friendly and the waiting room is so comfy (we loved the pillowy soft chairs). They took us back a bit early and had my son watch a video. Dr. Omoto came in and spoke with my son… explaining everything and then assessing him for surgery. He made sure my son understood the process and gave him the time to ask questions. It was such a smooth consultation; we were walked through the financials and scheduled the appointment. Easy peasy.

Everyone at Peninsula Oral Surgery is very kind and professional. I saw Dr. Omoto for an infection in a previous root canal. The tooth can not be saved but I felt very confident in Dr. Omoto's care and treatment plan. Everything was explained to me clearly and I felt free to ask questions. I was very disappointed with this office. They are not very transparent. I came to the appointment without telling me that they don’t usually do the procedure on the time you first come . Your initial visit is consultation only. So that day I came it was treated as consultation and I was charged $175 as consultation fee for a less than 1 minute talk to the dentist. Had they told me before about their policy , I should not have come or cancel my appointment. I came all the way from Riverside county which took me 2 hours drive to their office. This office is not concern about their clients, they are concern about generating money from consultation fees.
