First place I've been to up here that actually tells you what they're gonna do and what they're charging you BEFORE they do it all. No random surprise bill for walking in the door, sitting you down for 2 hours, then telling you there's nothing they can do like some places in Juneau.

Doc is friendly and helpful, all the staff are nice too. Cute little office. Also love that they give you sunglasses for those lights, first dentist I've seen that even considers that.

I haven't been to a dentist since I was a kid, and was pretty scared when I realized I had to schedule an appointment to deal with a bad cavity. But everyone at Alaska Dental Arts was friendly and helpful, and even when my tooth unexpectedly needed to get removed, the process ended up being quick and easy because of the skill and excellent bedside manor I received; I even got a follow-up call a few days after my surgery to make sure I was healing well and to check if I had any questions. I look forward to returning to Alaska Dental Arts for regular checkups, and I'll be recommending it to my friends and family who want a dentist visit without stress or complexity.

They treat you nice I guess. But you are just a number to them. Got tooth pulled and teeth cleaned. But they are trying to charge me $500 for something they won't even explain to me. They even somehow got my Facebook review removed. Just a side note my grandmother got her dentures there and they gave her ZERO advice. They just tossed her dentures to her and kicked her out. Didn't tell her what to expect or how to use them. Will not be coming here again.

I am usually very afraid of the dentist, but this time was different. Dr. Savannah MacGregor did such a great job and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during my visit. The dental hygienist was my favorite. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and was friendly and very kind. The staff at the front desk was so nice, too!

Alaska Dental Arts Dr. Mitch and his wife Savannah are very loving ,caring and bring a distinct expertise to the dental field. Truly dream makers. I got my brand new smile with payable prices and quality you could only dream of thank you both for everything and will definitely recommend!

I hate dentists and this one literally saved my life. They are completely different than any other dentist I have been to. Kind, friendly, don't talk down to you. Felt like my good friend was helping me out. I highly recommend this Dentist. Don't wait. Go do it. I feel so much better.

If I could give it, no stars, I would. Their policies are ridiculous and the wait to get in is ridiculous as well. It’s like you’re waiting to see terrible place in my experience with the staff I would rather fly to anchorage. Going to inform insurance by the treatment and what I got done fell apart pretty quickly

I'm 100% TERRIFIED of dentists. Dr Mitchell has been the most supportive, understanding, kind, DDS I've ever seen. He walked me through the plan before the even brought out tools needed, and warned me before he did anything. It's a Sunday and I shot out a message about one of the teeth he worked on Thursday and I got a prompt response (not just a "we'll call you Monday" but a back-and-forth conversation) and was fit in tomorrow to figure out what's up. This husband/wife duo are reinventing the dentistry game. I'll never see anyone else. Weirdest part? I was comfortable expressing the issue, and am not even a little concerned about going in again, when I'd normally ignore it and just give up on the rest of the needed work.
