I was thoroughly impressed with my recent experience at this facility. Professional staff, hands-down, the friendliest I have ever experienced fast service. I didn’t wait long at all in the waiting room when it came time to Talk finances for upcoming procedure, Mrs. Kali Hyatt, came through with the swiftness and professionalism that God intended for all of us to have. She was able to work out a financial plan that suited My family. Even the hygienist, I Explained everything to me and made me feel really good about the processes that we’re about to happen, the nurse that took my x-rays was very professional and very quick about getting everything done. The dentist was an attentive listener. And reassured all my concerns and questions. Little Do they know they have a lifelong customer!!!

The front desk was very nice and friendly. The X-ray technician was very knowledgeable and made sure you were comfortable during the X-ray process. She took her time and gave you small breaks in between. Especially if your gas reflexes are not very good. The hygienist was super great. She explained what she was doing and the numbers that she was calling out. And the dentist was very caring and listens to what you have to say. All in all this was a great visit and I will definitely go back. Thinking of making this my new dental office.

First impression were amazing! The X-ray person was so through and let me know everything she was doing! The hygienist was the same way and very knowledgeable. Once the dentist came in to see me, he answered any and all questions and never left me guessing! Even the billing department was super nice and worked with you to come up with a payment plan if that was needed! We’ve found our new dentist! Thanks to the whole staff!! You guys are amazing

I must say I was impressed by the way things work around there everyone has there own thing going on from the time you walk in until you leave. I had whole work up done in around 1 1/2 that was from Xrays to impressions and how much it was going to cost with break down of everything. I will tell you to definitely bring a jacket if you are cold natured like myself. All in all had a great experience.

My visit with Aspen dental yesterday went OK. I feel like the front receptionist could be a little bit more friendly. They seemed really dry however whenever I went back to get Images of my teeth the nurse that handle that was very kind, patient , very friendly and acted like she cared, and that made me feel a little bit more comfortable spending money there. The dentist Did not have very good bedside manners very straight to the point in and out. I prefer someone more patient and someone that shows a little bit more concern for the patient. The lady that gave me a referral to another doctor was very kind and there was another lady that was counting my teeth, She was very kind . I also listened to the nurses interaction to the other clients beside me and the dentist interaction, and they were very different. The nurses were kinder than the dentist. OK, place to go in emergency, but I would not go again.

Since this was my first visit, I was impressed with the professionalism of all employees. The x-ray equipment was new to me and each part of the procedure was explained to me in and I understood each part of the procedure. I look forward to further visits.

Be very careful! They contacted our insurance, they told us what we had to pay, they ran our credit card and they told us we were paid in full. Then they sent us the collections for an outstanding balance. No bill, no invoice, nothing. We got a text telling us to pay $1300 at least a year+ later. They ignored our response. They don't answer the phone to explain or answer questions.
