The staff at Aspen Dental are absolutely amazing. I have a lot of dental anxiety and was very nervous when I got there. From the front desk, through my exam and imaging, and even when seeing the dentist, every staff member treated me with remarkable respect and ensured I was well informed on each step of my visit beforehand. I felt very safe and well cared for. I will only be using Aspen Dental for my dental needs moving forward. They have a great team, and they really go above and beyond for their customers. I had a tooth break and they were able to get me in for an exam the next day. They were able to schedule me in for three follow up appointments to complete the work I need done all within two weeks of my initial visit. They have a lab inside of their office where they make all kinds of stuff, even dentures. They also have VERY affordable and lenient payment options available which helps to ensure you’re getting the care you need at a rate that’s not going to break the bank. I am highly impressed, so much so I even recommended them to my mom!

I couldn’t have asked for better service. The young lady at the front desk was very professional, pleasant, and accommodating.
I was about to fly out of town for Thanksgiving in less than 24 hours and a front tooth on my dentures broke off. Needless to say I was in panic mode. I arrived at Aspen close to opening time and explained my dilemma. In a very short time my dentures were repaired and I had time to spare.
Thank you Aspen in Oxford Alabama for being so understanding and respectfull.
And thank you for making my thanksgiving with family most enjoyable…

Very good place for dental work. Was told by another Aspen Dental I would have to see a periodontist before they would help me. This one done everything for me right in the office at my first appointment with them. I like this place a lot better than the other one . Would recommend them, definitely!

I don’t even know where to start. This dental place I would definitely recommend. From checking in and going through the whole process as a new patient I am in awe of the service they provided. The people that works in this office have been nothing but sweet. I didn’t catch her name but when she called me in she was so gentle and caring, she made sure that while in the xray process I was comfortable and not in any pain because I’ve had worse dealing with that. Then I had my check up & how gentle they treated my mouth was beyond me. My cleaning was such a great experience as I endured so much pain in my past and that was something I was afraid of. I’m just in awe of the experience and the amount of care they provided. If anyone is looking for a great dental Aspen Dental in Oxford AL is definitely a place to go too. Thank you all so much.

Very pleasant environment. The staff very friendly and caring. Dr. Gillespie is so refreshing. I love his friendly and warm disposition. Ĥe is the first one to ever deaden my mouth to the point of feeling not even sensitivity. Sharron is so friendly and patient. I love them both. My bridge work is amazing. I love it. Looks like my teeth. I appreciate the care Sharron show in constructing my temporary bridge. I don't think no one else would have put that much care into it. They were a very satisfying version of teeth. My permanent bridge is perfect. They feel really good and this is only the second day.

100/5 stars. They were the absolute sweetest people i have ever met. I have a new baby, my husband works out of town and I have no family in my area. They held her and kept her entertained while I was seen and that means so much to this exhausted momma lol. They didn't make me feel like a burden at all. I would highly recommend.

I would give them no stars if I could! This place definitely cares about the money more than they do the patient. I went for an emergency visit for an abscess tooth that needed to come out. The pain is needless to say almost unbearable. They did all the X-rays and the doctor looked at it and said it probably just needed pulled and they would get that scheduled. They then proceeded to tell me it would cost 218 dollars to pull it plus my 25 dollar copay and I told them according to my I'm insurance an extraction was 59-220 dollars and they would cover 50 percent of that. She then said this was going to be a surgery extraction and that is why it was more. No one had informed me of that!! So I said well I guess go ahead and schedule it I need it out she said the next appointment was two weeks out!! And I said that is a long time to wait for a tooth to be taken out when you are in pain and she then stated she could not schedule the appointment until I paid the 243 dollars. I have never in my life had to pay upfront for dental work they won't do for two weeks!! I said I would have to keep calling around and she stated maybe ASPEN isn't the dental office for you! And yes she was correct!!! I will never return to a place that puts money above the care of their patient. That is absolutely pathetic! You all should be ashamed!! I will also bet that this tooth is not going to be a surgical removal at the next dentist office they trying to rip people off.
