Pleasantly surprised by my experience. From the young lady who took my X-rays, then dental hygienist to my doctor (dentist) was professional and well executed. When my dentist asked me, “what are my dental goals and what did I want to achieve,” definitely showed I was more than another person sitting in her hot seat in a dentist office but a person that deserved to prioritize the health of my gums and teeth like goals in life being not just a necessity but a passion to maintain.

History tells us; if you want to make someone cringe, tell 'em about your most memorable dental experience. If the procedure doesn't get 'em, the cost surely will. (We) have been to Aspen on 3rd & Bell 3 times so far, and each time the Dentist and staff were - for lack of a better analogy - rather like the Aspen mountains themselves, going above and beyond the rest! Most any Dentistry-based procedure has an element of not-nice, but the team at Aspen has alleviated most of it, and replaced it with positive attitudes, useful information, respect, and smiles! We look forward to getting a new smile, one more tangible than the one in our hearts we get when we leave there... Now that was so corny it almost made me cringe!

I had a fantastic experience! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The dentists and hygienists are professional, gentle, and take the time to explain everything clearly. The office is clean and well-equipped. I actually look forward to my dental visits now! Highly recommend!

My wife went to Aspen dental for some implants after the first initial visit we were quoting a price of $24,000 after paying the 24,000 aspen. Dental continues to bail her for another 12,00 and never Finished the job not sure if it was just the dental office here in Albuquerque on Louisiana or it’s a reflection On your company in general, we do not recommend Aspen Dental to no family members because of that one office. The manager is very rude and needs to be terminated immediately.

All of the staff at Aspen Dental were kind, gentle and thoughtful as the worked with my 88y/o mother. They were patient, knowledgeable and supportive during her X-rays, exams, cleaning and in explaining her options to both Mom and me. They were understanding and in no way spoke down to, nor ignored Mom, but rather, they included me. Professional and helpful.

Three stars only because I liked the dentist themselves. Penny pinchers here! They will balance bill you for a simple routine exam. Never had a dentist ever do that in my life. Then of course you’ll have to call foreign billing center, too much to hire Americans, over $10 to tell you they incorrectly billed you. Please they were just trying to make some extra $ And of course they try to up sale you on everything, like $50 got fluoride (I’ve never paid more than $20) and their version of invisoline. Also after confirming my follow up appointment twice with their automated system they called day of and said it was canceled and the next day told me I missed my appointment.

Staff is super helpful and friendly; Really thorough free exam, great technology. I didn’t know how I was going to cover all the work I needed but they walked me through their quick and easy finance process. I can finally get the work done that I’ve been putting off, so grateful
