Highly recommend these people!
Although my 2 sons (10+13) were initially not thrilled about having to get braces, Dr. Backus and all of his amazing staff have made it a wonderful experience for all of us! They make them feel comfortable, welcome and like they're family just coming to visit. My boys actually look forward to their appointments. Any questions we've had are answered and explained in such an easy to understand manner. They're professional, patient and kind with my boys every single time we've been in. I highly recommend them!

Our family absolutely loves Backus! The staff is always friendly and so good to us. I was laid off from my job in December and was able to defer a few payments and they were so kind during the process. We have another daughter who is about to begin her journey with braces there and it went without question that she would be seeing Dr. Backus as well. Also, the cutest caricatures in the office!

I had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Backus years ago and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere every time I visited. Recently, I needed my permanent retainer checked after an issue at the dentist, and despite not having been a patient for years, Dr. Backus and his team promptly accommodated me. They quickly resolved the issue with the same level of care and professionalism I remembered from my time as a regular patient. I highly recommend Dr. Backus and his team for their outstanding service and dedication to their patients, both past and present!

Had my son's first appointment today and services were AWESOME!!! They did several things throughout the appt. to make the customer experience super special. Michelle was wonderful with my son. She explained everything so he and I were clear on what to expect and engaged him to assist when appropriate which made him even more comfortable during the visit. Dr. Backus was also engaging and thoroughly explained my son's issues and the plan to address them. As a Mother, I trust that they will continue to provide excellent care to my son!!!!!

Dr Backus is really nice and when he works on your teeth he takes his time and tries to be gentle as possible. Nurses and administrative staff also very friendly.
