I’m a new patient at Dr.Barrett’s office. I had a pleasant experience. The staff are polite. The hygienist had a very steady hand compared to others I had in the past. The office is clean and gives a homely feel. They provided a prompt and thorough service. They also kept their promise to call me back as soon as they had an opening. You can also call them and not worry about going through an automated system. They actually answer the phone. This level of service is hard to find in our fast paced COVID-19 world. I would recommend them to anyone.

I’m not sure if Mr. Barrett intends to be rude or if he’s just unaware of his attitude, but I felt unwelcome here because of that. Not a problem though. There’s a very smart, friendly, helpful dentist, with an office staff that can’t be beat, right up the road.

This is hands down the best dental office I've ever used. Everyone is super friendly and professional. They take their time explaining everything and are courteous and patient. If you're not a fan of going to the dentist give them a try. You'll never need to go anywhere else.

Our whole family goes to Dr. Barrett and staff. Our experience is always good. The staff is very kind and attentive. Our three kids look forward to going to the dentist. We left another practice to come see him and do not regret it.

Office staff and hygienist were excellent. Very nice and pleasant. However, Dr. Barrett’s bedside manner and attitude were far from excellent in my opinion . He talked to me like I was a 5 year old child and was very condescending. Maybe he and I just got off on wrong foot or he was having a bad day, but I will be taking my dental business elsewhere.
