Saturday night I had a bad fall that caused me to chip two teeth. I went in on sunday, and was brought back within 10 minutes of my arrival time and i can not leave a positive enough review! I have a terrible fear of dentist due to bad experiences in the past but they were extremely accommodating and understanding. I was amazed at how quickly i was brought back, the doctor came to help, and the procedure was completed! the front desk was super friendly as well! I will be returning for all dental needs!

Fantastic staff here! My wife had to have an emergency root canal done on a Sunday with one hour of notice. The staff here took wonderful care of her and had her through in no time at all. When I needed a new dentist they were a no brainer. Very friendly and super helpful making sure you know what you will be charged before they start working. Five stars for sure.

I had to have urgent attention to a tooth while visiting in Birmingham on a Saturday. A friend suggested Family Dental. Turned out I needed a root canal. They were able to see me and perform the procedure within a couple of hours. It was an amazing experience. The entire team was friendly, efficient and professional. I highly recommend!

I never thought I'd be eager to leave a positive review for a root canal but here I am! I woke up this morning with tooth pain and Birmingham FDS was able to get me in and out in under two hours for a root canal and temp crown. They were all extremely professional and SO nice. Just genuinely a great experience except for...you know....the drilling and root canal. I will recommend them to everyone I know!!

An incredible experience every single time. I have recently had to have some quite extensive work done over the course of several months and I could not recommend this place more. The entire staff is amazing, from the wonderful women up front to every single doctor and hygienist I saw or spoke to. Always a smile from everyone, always cordial. I never waited over for my appointment a single time, and if I arrived early there were times they would have me done even before my actual time slot. Dr. Outlaw and Savannah specifically have been an absolute wonder. I wish I could give them a million stars.

Dr. Outlaw and the staff are great!! I had some pain in one of my teeth, and thankfully they take walk-ins, because I didn't have an appointment. Once we finished my work in for the pain, they were also able to fit me in for a cleaning instead of having to come back another day!! Everyone was so sweet and Dr. Outlaw did a great job explaining everything.

I'm 72 and needed a crown bridge. This consisted of my upper front 6. Dr. Swicord did a magnificent job from start to finish! He has been my dentist for 30 years. Also the bill was 25 percent less than I expected. If you need the best look no further. A shout out for his assistant Kaitlyn (Google AI said this is the most likely spelling?). She has the most wonderful attitude/personality ever! Kaitlyn is not lacking for knowledge and efficiency either. You don't have to park on the street. Extra spaces in the back. If you are in pain they will see you quickly without an appointment. You can't go wrong putting yourself in their hands.
