Dr Buckley is horrible! I am a 70 year old woman on social security. I have Humana dental . Before I made the apt I called to see if they excepted my dental insurance that I need a tooth pulled. They said they did. He took 1 exray gave me shots around the tooth then sent the receptionist in to tell me that I had to pay close to 300.00 before he would pull my tooth. I know that I have about 900.00 left for dental with Humana. I ask him why he was charging me since I had Humana. By the way he had my dental records where I had all my teeth frayed at another dental office in Mobile. I only changed dentist because of the drive to Mobile. They Never charged me a dime there. Anyway after the shots in my mouth and xrays he told me that I owed him before he would do any work on my tooth. I diden't have that much money. I asked could I make payments. He said no. I also asked if Humana would cover it and he said that they diden't pay enough. I said all this to let people know what kind of person he is. I should have been told before I sat in his chair. Not after shots and xrays. Now I owe him for that and had to leave like that. He charged me 85.00 for that. I will tell everyone that I know not to use him!!!

I made an appointment for my son and my wife as a disabled veteran for Atmore Alabama. They scheduled us for Spanish Fort, Alabama 90 minutes away. My son sat in front of their office and then when we called them, they were extremely rude. They did not care that they messed up. They did not try to make it right they were just like sorry and hung up, I do not recommend this dentist office. They are rude. They do not care about their patience, and all they want is money.

I Overpaid for a three tooth permanent bridge and in six months in broke into two parts. He wanted over 5k to fix this (his) mistake. I never went back so he harassed me for money that I didnt owe. Even had a lawyer send threatening letters for dental procedures I never even had done. Now a crown I overpaid him for just fell out in my hand also. This dental experience was the worse Ive ever had in my life. Would like to give 0 stars! Stay far away. I wasted over $2,300 for the root canal and crown and over $3,400 for the permanent bridge. Also, I found out to try to fix his mistake he filed a perfectly fine back large tooth down all the way to the gum and a perfectly fine front side tooth to a pointy nub, I suppose so when it didn't hold he could charge me for another outrageous procedure. I went with a problem with 1 tooth and now 4 possibly 5 teeth are involved. He was doing harm to me to make a profit for himself...I'm sure of it!!! Do yourself a favor stay far away. I'd sue him If I could find a good lawyer. He is costing me over 10k overall. Nearly half of my bottom teeth are messed up!!! A big, big crook!!!!!! And get this- With Bible scripture framed on his waiting room wall.

BEWARE: Do not use this dentist because he is a crook! I went to have my tooth pulled and the dentist came in and looked at it and told me he could do a root canal on the tooth and put a filling on the side of the tooth I told the dentist that if he could do it and not have to do a cap then go ahead with the root canal Dr Buckley told me that a cap wasn't needed and he could just do a filling on the side of the tooth When I came back to get the filling done the dental assistant told me I was there to get fitted for a cap and I told the assistant what Dr Buckley told me. Dr Buckley came in the room and said nothing to me just started working on the tooth pulling it out! Dr Buckley charged my insurance and I had already paid my part for the root canal. I ask for my money back on the root canal because he pulled the tooth and they refused to give me the refund. Again BEWARE

This guy is a thief! Stay far away from this place. They will bill your credit card and bill your insurance for work they have not done! It's been 8 months and my insurance is still fighting to get there money back. Filed a complaint with the with my credit card company and they found them at fault so we where able to get that little bit back! BCBS has opened a case against them to get there funds back as well. So do your self a favor and stay away from this low life peace of trash.

Billed insurance for a root canal, crown , etc. that was never even finished; after doubling the price of my root canal on my next visit (after assurances that they had checked everything with my insurance on my first visit) I advised I would go elsewhere to have it completed. I asked that he notify my insurance company that the work had not been completed so they would allow me to go elsewhere (1 time limit per tooth on root canals). Buckley refused to notify anyone of anything. I am having to prove that his work was not completed in order to have it finished elsewhere. Worst dental experience I have ever had.

Hygienist was rough and didn't care about my pain that she was causing. After going through the whiting process that didn't work (paid out of pocket) dentist says... You took an antibiotic when you were growing up so "oh well" it's not gonna work. Totally rude bunch of people. O and I have learnt that if you owe them money and don't pay within a month your account gets slapped with interest... That they don't tell you. Beware
