Dr. Mori is super patient and really takes the time to explain things and listen to my questions. She’s got a keen eye for detail—when she fixed one of my fillings, it looked and felt completely natural. The whole staff is really welcoming, the office is clean, and on a clear day, you can see the snow-capped mountains beyond downtown. Easily one of the best dentist experiences I’ve had.

Everyone from the front reception to the dental assistants, especially Agatha (she’s the best!) are friendly and professional. Dr. Segal is not very chatty but that’s ok. He is thorough, does excellent work, and listens to any questions or concerns you have. I don’t feel rushed. I trust him. The text reminders I receive the day of the appointment are helpful. This office has modernized and streamlined the billing process to make things easy. They’re a little on the pricey side but the quality is worth it.

I highly recommend Dr.Segal and the team! Joseph at Century City is awesome. The office is modern and welcoming, with a nice view. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Kindness and professionalism emanated from everyone who worked here. I don’t have insurance and the prices were very reasonable ( they even gave a small discount) and the work was perhaps the best and least painful work I’ve ever had done. Saw me same day and the work was done. I am now a patient for life.

After avoiding the dentist for years, I finally visited Century Smile Makers and Dr. Mori, and they completely transformed my smile! The moment I walked in this office, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness of the staff, and they made me feel comfortable. Dr. Mori, Agatha, and Tiffany are truly the sweetest and most understanding people I’ve ever met in a dental office, and they spread their positivity and friendliness throughout all of my visits.

I came in initially with four cavities and significant tooth decay, but the team handled everything wonderfully. Dr. Mori filled my cavities painlessly, and Agatha whitened my teeth which gave me amazing results… my teeth have never looked better! What impressed me the most was the care they took with my sensitive teeth, and they ensured I felt no pain during the procedures.

The office itself has a vibe that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I absolutely love it here and can't recommend them highly enough. I am excited for my next visit!
