The staff here are so great with my kids. The way they speak to them and handle them is outstanding. My oldest was traumatized from his last dentist office and I explained that to this office at his first appointment so they took their time explaining to him what was happening and were just very patient with him. And we've not had another issue with him visiting the dentist again. We're very thankful for their patience and quality of care.

My son really enjoyed his visit with Children & Teen Dental in Gadsden. Everyone was smiling, friendly and welcoming. The lobby was clean and featured a corner with several books and toys and a tv. I’m sure kids will love watching cartoons on the individual tvs placed overhead during their teeth cleaning. And of course I especially liked the ease of making the appointment online and text to confirm. Thank you Dr Holmes and his staff for such a great experience!

A bit crowded but we were in and out in like 30 minutes for both kids. Hygienist was amazing. Didn't spend a lot of time with actual dentist due to just needing to checking my kids teeth and not anything more serious but he seemed fine as well. Definitely recommend. Kids didn't exactly love the teeth checking but since this was our first time taking them it was to be expected.

10/10 My daughter had been going here since she was 18 months old. We always have the best visits at the office. Friendly staff all the way around, they have no problem answering any questions or concerns me or my daughter may have about the visit or anything during the visit.

The staff are efficient, polite and professional but the waiting time is unacceptable.

We wait at least 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment time every time we arrive. We used to be 10-15 minutes before my child’s appointment but soon realized we would have to wait even longer.

It’s understandable if there is a special case sometimes that require us to wait way past our appointment time but this happens every visit. I don’t think we’ll be back because it seems that they overbook all the time and are not concerned if patients wait 30 minutes or even an hour.

I have 4 children and this location allowed me to schedule all 4 at the same time. Now we did wait an extra 30 minutes, but it was well worth it. The xray person, the cleaning tech, and the doctor were all amazing and my kids range from 17 to 7 and they treated each one with care and respect. I am very happy with the decision to use this office.
