Everyone is very friendly and kind, and Chugach Dental has a welcoming environment where you can tell that the people who work there love their jobs and enjoy interacting with patients. People are genuine and good at communicating, and I appreciate that they give a clear estimate of any future work that can be done. They are great at explaining and using easy-to-understand examples and taking the time to make sure everything makes sense.

My grandpa was a dentist who taught me that humor and kindness can create a connection that makes a dentist office feel like a safe place, so I appreciate finding a place like this. I highly recommend!

Chugach Dental is a wonderful practice. Dr. Jensen is friendly and didn’t act like he was in a rush to move on to another patient. The office staff are friendly as well. A coworker recommended this dentist and I’m grateful that she did.

Went here after visiting 2 other dentist offices in Anchorage, and so glad I found the place. They fixed a temporary crown I had an issue with and ended up making them my primary dentist! The staff is always friendly and they are attentive to detail but not always trying to sell you on dental work. I appreciate their honest, laid back approach.

My whole family went to see Dr. Jensen recently for the first time and had such a wonderful experience. Dr. Jensen thoroughly explains everything to his patients and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. His office is clean and inviting. We loved Lena his dental assistant as well. Even my nineteen month old had a pleasant experience. We are so glad we found Chugach Dental and will definitely be going back from now on.

Dr. Jensen is the best dentist in Anchorage. His “chair-side manner” reveals his high EQ and technical proficiency. He and his staff genuinely care about their patients. He’ll tell you what needs to be done on your teeth, what can wait, and he’ll take the time to explain why.

Really nice experience at the dentist. He seemed to really take care to think about a treatment plan and explain it, and what really stood out was that he pulled up the out of pocket cost of various options in real time while I was still sitting in the chair. Really rare in the medical field! Also they are all really nice.

This is my second review ever, so I don’t say the following lightly. Adam Jensen is the BEST dentist in Anchorage. I would give him 10 stars if I could. His entire staff is so sweet, warm, and personable. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so much and had such a nice time at my dentists office. I actually look forward to going back for my appointments.

He is also very thorough and you can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients and their teeth. When I say thorough, I mean they did things in the comprehensive exam that I have never had done in my lifetime of seeing dentists. After the numerous x-rays, he sat down with me, showed me every x-ray and explained in detail where my problem areas were. Then went over what the treatment plan would be to correct those problem areas. He was very nice and professional about giving me advice on how to take care of my teeth. And throughout the entire time, I never felt like it was being judged, quite the opposite in fact.

It was the small things that made a difference for me. For example, asking to get put on the cancellation list and actually having one of his sweet receptionists reach out and ask if you’re available when someone does cancel their appointment.

So if you’re looking for a new Dentist or you just want an amazing dentist, don’t hesitate to go to Chugach Dental!

After years of neglecting my teeth due to poor mental health, Dr. Jensen and his team have been nothing short of amazing every time I've come in. I cannot emphasize enough how much I recommend him and his team to anyone who has had negative dental experiences, is anxious about the dentist, or is nervous about poor dental health. When no other dentist called me back for an appointment, Dr. Jensen's team called me just hours after putting in a request for an appointment online!

I always feel like they have my best interest at heart and are genuinely happy to improve my wellbeing. They are very clear and transparent about costs and clearly know their stuff when it comes to insurance and how to get the best bang for your buck out of your benefits.

Everyone has been kind, approachable and very encouraging which makes getting excited about my dental health much easier! I don't plan to go anywhere else, truly the best medical care I've had in years.
