I absolutely love everything about this place!! The staff is always so friendly and responsive. Dr G is amazing and has the best bedside manner. My kids feel comfortable and are always willingly to go. I reccomend EVERYONE to bring their family to Comfort Plus, they won't regret it!❤

This Army Vet was treated like a stranger. I made my appointment, wrote down the date and time of my appointment and added to my calendar and work calendar. I have never missed any appointments throughout my time of being a patient at any doc or dental office. They claim my appointment was at 2:00 pm and not 3:00 when clearly the person who called me (Caucasian women)Karen!! …. Called me to schedule my appointment then the black woman called to remind me of my appointment. I completed the online forms the day I was scheduled for my appointment and even completed the electronic forms from the text that was sent to me Friday September 6, 2024. They still say my appointment was at 2 and not 3. Blake whoever entered it but called me with a different time. I drove over an hour to get to you all and was on time for the 3 pm as originally scheduled. That was a waste of my work day to leave my job and waste gas for nothing! Low income location across from the police station! Also put Roebuck in your address and not Birmingham! You all are 10 steps away from the welcome to Roebuck sign! Highly disappointed and hope you all get your lives together !!!!!!! 0 stars all day!

Dr Gutti greeted me immediately upon entering this morning with a big smile, hello and good morning. I was very relieved their office was able to work me into the schedule. They all have excellent chairside demeanor. Dr. Gutti took time to review my symptoms, listened closely and offered solutions. I actually look forward to my follow-up visit in several weeks as everyone helped me to relax and feel comfortable. 100% recommend to Birmingham residents, we're very fortunate to have Comfort Plus Family Dental as part of the community.

I’ve been going to this Dentist office for maybe a year and a half now…my Husband and I. I was told I needed to have a root canal done, I was terrified and became to afraid to book the appointment for that procedure. I knew I had to have it done or it would cause more damage to my other teeth. So my appointment was scheduled and I showed up for it ?. When I arrived at the dentist office I was so scared, yes a grown woman scared of dental work. I was called and taken to the back with Ms. Linda, she was warm and friendly from the beginning. When I tell you ALL this turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life…..meeting this beautiful, kind soul. She was so compassionate and had so much empathy for me, stranger. She could tell I was panicking and in fear. She kindly explained the procedure with me, welcomed all my questions and concerns. We talked about life and her story was sooo inspiring. Whether she knows, she inspired me to be brave and courageous for my procedure. As we talked, I felt my heart beat slow down and I came out of panic stage. Ms. Linda, made me feel like everything was going to be ok and it was. She was just simply awesome. Every doctor/dentist office needs a Ms. Linda, she truly cares for people. Dr. Gutti was professional and wonderful per usual……the entire staff are ALL SO KIND AND AMAZING AT WHAT THEY DO, including breaking down your bill. My Husband and I love this dentist office. And by the way, the root canal procedure was amazing. Dr. Gutti and Ms. Linda explained everything they were doing during my procedure. They even showed me the nerve that was taken out. It was pain free and I was in extremely great hands . Thank you for all you do.

The Staff was so welcoming and very professional, my wait time to get to the back was less than 5mins. Dr G is the best, she made sure I was comfortable and not in pain, she also explained everything she was doing before she did it. Prior to leaving, Dr G repeated several times, call the office if you need ANYTHING.

Super friendly. I actually had fun at my teeth cleaning!
Edit- I've had to have a lot of work done recently and I have severe anxiety. Dr. Gutti and her staff have been angels. They work with my anxiety and are aware when I'm having issues and need help. It doesn't go unnoticed. Super happy with this place
