went in for an emergency appointment yesterday and couldn’t be happier with the experience. they got me in first thing the next morning, and the staff was so friendly and attentive. my dentist was incredibly professional and put me at ease right away, taking care of everything without any fuss. hands down one of the best dental visits i’ve ever had—highly recommend!

First time in this office. Everything was excellent, Mikayla Peters was my hygienist and she was great. The doctor was also very thorough. Everyone there is very friendly and cordial. My recent ex-wife was a hygienist for 45 years, and just retired, so I know what good quality is. Her office did high-end dentistry, but this was the most thorough I've ever had. I'm definitely going to stay with them for the rest of my life. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!!

The dentist and the staff really care about the patients. All the staff are very nice .I needed a tooth pulled; they got me in the same day. I highly recommend this office. This is more than I can say for Hoodner Dental Clinic. The dentist was downright rude and dumb as a rock.

Told them I had pain and wanted tooth taken out asap. Doctor decided to try to save it instead. Not what I asked. Was seen for 20 mins and out the door. After the fact my appointment was moved because of them being “short staffed”. Left with the pain I came in with. I most likely wont be going back.

I was having discomfort for about a week. It was a week of frustrating calls and emails. All i was hearing was that "we are not accepting new patients", or an appointment end of October, and ZERO emergency appointments.

I called Complete Dental yesterday, they had me in and took care of my issues TODAY. The entire staff was very professional, knowledgeable and explained every step in the process. THe procedure was quick and painless. I will be using them in the future for all of my dental needs. I would highly recommend this office.

They matched my partials perfectly to the pictures I sent them of before I lost some of my teeth!!!! I am SUPER HAPPY with how they turned out!! Pictured is with my new partials & one with me (in a teal top) before I lost my teeth!!! I highly recommend them for your dental work. Everyone was very helpful. They were very gentle when pulling the broken teeth!!!

Amazing 1st appt as a new patient. My hygienist, Sue, was incredible -so nice, reassuring and made the whole visit pleasant. As someone who doesn’t love the dentist, I felt so comfortable there. Great communication with all staff and quick scheduling. Highly recommend.

I knew as soon as I walked in the door at Complete Dental of York that I was in the right place for me! The setting was calm and quiet, and the front desk staff was so polite and friendly. My visit only got better from there. The rest of the staff were equally friendly, and I was instantly comfortable with them. I felt like I had come home.
