Super kid friendly staff, we've been going for years. I take my daughters and I get seen myself. They are super fast too (assuming you keep up with cleanings). They also have conveniently later appointments. Which is great for my schedule. It's a very comfortable office and we always feel welcome.

My very first time in this dental center, and I will be a forever client here and I will tell you why. I walk in and explained my needs which were important and necessary. After answering some questions and they worked me in for a very short wait time.Now I can't say they will do this for you, but I suspect if at all possible they will. been coming here for years, they used to be great but honestly they've turned pretty crappy. every appointment they call last minute to try and change the time. they cancel appointments without telling us, saying we never confirmed, even if they never called or texted us. the dentist themselves are very friendly and great but the receptionists I find are often incredibly rude. they wanted to do an expensive procedure on my child's tooth that seemed a bit extreme, I got a second opinion from another dentist and they confirmed it wasn't necessary to do that. I used to really like it here but honestly it's not worth the hassle anymore. there are much more organized places who have the patients best interest in mind, not just the paycheck.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. The dentist was thorough in explaining the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire exam. The cleaning was done with great care, and my teeth have never felt better! I highly recommend Coolidge Family Dental Care for anyone looking for top-notch dental care.

I would have rated them a 4, but I didn't due to their front office staff, not truly providing adequate service to patients. I, too, was faced with a "balance due." My 1st appointment was in April, basic 6m check up. I asked directly if they were in-network with my carrier [I know to ask because it matters in how much I could be responsible for]. I was informed "yes" by the female staffer. I went to my April appointment. Next 6m app [Oct], I'm checking in. The female staffer informed me of a balance. I'm shocked, of course thinking how can that be, I was informed you're in-network. I was told you're in my plans network. She stated that we are not. I also informed her that if that we're the case, I never got an invoice. She stated we mailed it April 23rd(?) Well, I paid that balance & of course canceled that appointment. A few days later I did call them & spoke to the office manager Brianna about their actions. She informed me they only accept Delta Dental. I also verified that I no longer have a balance due, I was asking that since I didn't go through with that appointment, she stated I don't have a balance due. I also suggested they may want to verify which insurance carriers sites they're on, because they are showing in-network with my carrier. Sad, they only accept DD. They are in a great location of my residence. I did find another dentist & they are in my carriers network. The physicians that I engaged with are good & professional...ta~ta
