I generally don’t leave any reviews but this time I really wanted to take my time to do it. I don’t expect high level of customer service from SPA retails, same as Chanel or Cartier. It’s ridiculous if somebody expects that. However I felt terribly unpleasant with the manner of the staff today. I wanted to try on some items but a female staff told me, “the fitting room is closed”. I have asked her again in German why and if it’s completely impossible to try on before I buy it. If she simply answered me minding her manner, I wouldn’t feel so offended. I don’t know If this company ever train their staff any manners or etiquettes toward their customers. But in this kind of situation, as a customer who is willing to PAY FOR SOMETHING would like to hear could be: “I am sorry for the inconvenience, but the fitting room is closed at the moment for some reasons”.
There is a huge difference with saying “the fitting room is closed. (So get lost)”
I have approached another girl, but she simply ignored me twice.
I also have worked in service sector for a very long time. I do understand the hard-work and stress. But it cannot be a reason that they can be rude to a customer forgetting their basic manners. If they are not satisfied and stressed with their job, it’s their problem.

The store itself has a good selection, but that does not compensate for the incredibly rude staff you’ll encounter, especially the older blond staff member. I walked towards her from the fitting room with things in my hands, she did not acknowledge me even in the slightest despite making eye contact. I had to stand around awkwardly and wait for her to finish talking to the other associate. All I wanted to do was ask if they had another size and was met with a rancid attitude, “what do you want”, “I don’t know”, and ripping the shift off the rack behind her, handing it to me and saying “medium” while rolling her eyes. I don’t know if it’s because I’m Asian, don’t speak German, or if she’s just an overall sour person, but you might want to hire someone who actually wants to be there, to work there.

It's happened twice that I've asked the SA if they have the items I was looking for because the website says they have them, but they said they don't have without even checking, and said the website is wrong, but then I ended up finding the items in the store afterwards. I'm not sure why they won't help or at least check the system, and it happens twice with different people. Quite disappointing as I like COS products and have shopped with them for years

The requirements to work at cos is to be rude. Every time I leave this place I swear they make me want to cry. At a place I’m spending more than $$$ they should not be treating their customers like this. In fact I’m so disgusted by the behavior of these workers… I recommend you either shop online or just never step foot into here.

Rude and disrespectful staff!!
Don’t understand why these brands in a good location don’t hire people with good manners because the mean staff just push the customers away!!
