I had a dental emergency right before an important event that involved photos!! They got me in immediately and fixed me up quickly! I looked like it never happened when they were done! I had to have multiple older fillings re-done and I am a terribly anxious dental patient. My tech, Mayra, was incredibly calming, very patient and so helpful throughout the process. She really made the entire situation far more tolerable. I was also impressed with how kind and communicative Dr. Darroca was during the whole experience. I recommend this place highly to anyone with dental anxiety.

My 8 year old daughter had a dental emergency and they were able to get her in the next day and were wonderful with her. They explained everything as they were doing it and it was such an awesome experience. I would definitely recommend Crossroads Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Crossroads family dentist is by far the best dental office I’ve ever been to. They get you in and get the work completed and don’t bring you back for unnecessary dental work. My dentist is exceptional, along with their team of dental hygienist and office staff. Everybody is super friendly . I highly recommend them for any of your dental needs

I had my very first extraction done, it was extremely painful. My tooth was lodged into the bone, but the dentist and my dental assistant were the most patient- sweetest people. I am extremely grateful for them both for working with me and managing my pain. Cara was very compassionate and very sweet, the dentist took his time and did his job extremely well. Although it was extremely painful, it was done in a very good professional compassionate manner. I highly recommend this office, everyone from the start was very good and polite with me and my needs. 10/10! Thank you to EVERYONE in that office, especially Cara and my dentist.

I have been with Crossroads since I’ve lived in mohave county area. The staff are wonderful and every dental assistant, hygienist, office staff and Dr. William G. Darroca, DDS is very pleasant and easy to talk to and most importantly does an excellent job. I look forward to seeing him and his office staff on my every visit. I like to Thank him for fixing an issue with my bridge at no cost to me even though he did not do the previous work. Thank you.

I’ve been a patient of Crossroad Dental for about 3 years, on July 9,2024 I went to get a permanent cap on a tooth. When they put my temporary cap I told them that the tooth really hurt, I mentioned it again when they were putting my permanent cap, Dr Darrick came in, I mentioned it hurt but I felt like they didn’t listen, he put the cap on and off he went to his next patient. The next day I left for a family reunion in Wyoming, a few days later my face was so swollen, my tooth had caused an infection, I called the office , explained the situation , and was told to get in to see a dentist ASAP! It was Friday so I couldn’t get in til Monday. The dentist asked me if Dr. Darrick had told me anything about my tooth, I said No because he hadn’t. The dentist let me know that my tooth shouldn’t of been capped due to a crack in the tooth and by all means he should of known it was cracked! It was very obvious, that’s why I was complaining about the pain! He seemed shocked that the dentist never talked to me about my tooth. I would just like to state that I wish Dr Darroca would of took the time to look at my tooth, when a person says there is pain, I feel maybe he should of took a look. I feel that moving you through the line and collecting the money is more important than the patient. I will not return for an appointment at that office! I feel like the Dr. wanted a payment and didn’t care about what he was going to put me through and should of took a minute to see what was going on!
