I cannot recommend this clinic enough. I came here with my two-year-old daughter that is five now, and from the very first visit, I was incredibly impressed with the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The entire staff is so kind and patient, especially with young children.

The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and very well-equipped. You can see that they take great pride in maintaining a high standard, both in terms of cleanliness and professionalism. The dentists an the nurses are not only highly skilled but also take the time to explain everything clearly and calmly, both to me and to her, which I appreciate greatly.

What I love most is how they focus on making everyone feel comfortable and at ease. They understand how to work even with the little ones, using gentle techniques and even small rewards to make each visit enjoyable. I feel happy finding place that genuinely cares about clients well-being.

I would like to start on congratulating Doctor Renata Ostojić founder of the Dental Center clinic located in Zagreb Croatia, she managed in 25 years to turn a small dental clinic into a very well though out enterprise.
Her facilities are implemented with state of the art technologies and equipment, all providing in the same time for her guests a limousine service from and to the airport, luxurious apartments with pool access and bar. Starting a small business and growing it into a large enterprise isn't a small task, it involves careful planning, dedication, and adaptability.

What an existing journey it has been!

She researched the market to find a unique service, understood her target audience and their needs. Outlining her business model, goals, and strategies including financial projections and a marketing plan.
She choose the right business structure, determine how much capital needed and explored funding options.

She developed a strong brand identity (logo, website, social media presence) and communicating her mission and values with a efficient marketing strategies to attract customers, building a strong relationships with them gathering feedbacks and continuously improving her offerings.

She with the help of her husband established ways to expand (new products, services, and markets) considering automating processes to increase efficiency, using digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising to reach a wider audience simultaneously analyzing marketing efforts and adjust strategies as needed.

She most likely build relationships with other businesses and professionals attending industry events and join local business organizations.
In the mid time keeping track of her finances and reinvesting profits wisely.

She is most likely to stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences willing to pivot her business model as necessary.

She certainly hired employees who align with her company culture and probably investing in their training and development to enhance their skills.
Therefore during COVID-19 she worked a way to keep all her employees without firing them which wasn’t a easy task.

My personal opinion, she should look for opportunities to expand geographically perhaps opening a small clinic in the touristique and affluent city of Dubrovnik and why not through franchising, exploring partnerships or mergers when or if appropriate.

You are a person that is not afraid of challenges and setbacks; you learn from them, stay always focused on your long-term vision and goals.

Well, who am I to review DCO. Just a patient with no chance to get any quality solution two years ago, confirmed by top European professors. Up, one tooth laying horizontally, down, destroyed by badly done implants, just a few of dying teeth hardly to be used for any purpose. And, I ventured to ask DCO for help, not believing anybody can help. Then, they started doing it. I got Gorana in charge for my situation, well, nobody told her this is going to be mission impossible. Gorana took my case as i am her child, she is amazing, defying gravity. Then, journey begins. First she made use of what was down, the best possible way, then, oral surgeons started preparing upper jaw for implants, and again, Gorana was there. Now, after about two years, maybe more, I am writing this, full of love and gratitude for everybody in DCO team, starting from the front desk on, for what you have done for me as a patient. I love you all and big thank you.

They Will destroy you to make extra money. They Will not own up to their mistakes. Shady place; trust me dont go there. I dont have better solution in Croatia as this it only place i went and now they want to extract more money for something that was their mistake. I Will try Bagatin and Arena and Will add to this comment. OSTOJIC are pure evil. They are Lucky im in good place on life as i would make their as hell as mine is after going there. All smiley giving you stuff you dont need to do just to earn more.... I Wish worst god can give to that blond chick leader and all other that keepbuisness Secrets. Best guy that was surgent isnt even there anymore... I think he had enough od evil.

Excelent service, I am really happy with my new smile! The whole process was quick and comfortable and I really felt I was in safe hands. No rushing, I did not feel pressured to do anything, I was given a choice of several methods to fix my teeth and prostetics, as well as trying on several versions of teeth until I was completely satisfied and without extra cost. They even provided provisional teeth prostetics for free while waiting for the final version of my teeth. The doctor was amazing! I can only admire her great work, the precision and speed it was done with, and compliment her patience my requests! I recommend to everyone who can afford it as for Croatian standard it is still very expensive, but it is well worth every penny I spent!

I am visiting Croatia from New Zealand. I woke up with severe pain behind my wisdom tooth. I was recommended Dentisten Croatia Ostojic by my accomodation host. I called them and explained the situation. They advised they were quite busy all day but able to squeeze me in before lunch. I arrived and was seen straight away for an X-ray then straight away seen by a dentist who advised several issues with my teeth which could be dealt with today. As my medical insurance only covers a certain amount I asked if I could only get what was necessary today. They completely understood, took me in for a CT scan and I was immediately seen by a surgeon to remove one of my wisdom teeth. The surgeon was extremely reassuring as I was quite nervous going into this procedure in another country. He was quick, efficient and calming. The friendly staff gave me instructions and an ice pack for my swelling. Absolute 10/10 service, everyone was extremely friendly and able to communicate well in English.
