If you got this from Healthcare.gov you will regret! Better options in the public market. This company has ZERO customer service and almost impossible to reach. Stay away. Complaint made to Healthcare.gov as I don't think they know this company they are affiliated with.

Worst insurance ever!!!! I have been waiting over 3 month for them to approve my 7 year old daughter referral to get some work done and nothing has been done. When her father calls to get an update on the referral they tell him they have it and nothing. The dentist office calls and they get the same thing as her father. I called this morning to make a complaint and the agent was rude and hung up

I have paid out of pocket a year ago, and sent in a claim. Of course, there was no response or reply to my form. The dental office filled out a form for me, and to date, no response from this horrible company. They should be ashamed to scam people out of their hard earned money. This place needs to be shut down. If I don't receive my money after calling them today, I am reporting them to the BBB.

Stay far away from this company. I signed up in March and set up automatic payments and the payments never came out. I always had to call to remind them to take the payments out and each time they reassured me that they fixed the problem. Well fast forward to now and my insurance is cancelled because they don't automatically take out the payments. I work M-F from 8-5 and I don't have time to call each month to remind them to take out the payments. Now I have to pay back the costs to my dentist that the insurance didn't cover, which isn't cheap. I hate his company.

This company has the worst customer service ever!! I work at a dental office and I've been trying to get a hold of a rep for over a month to process an emergency referral. Hold time is always over an hour long, when I do finally get a hold of a representative I get transferred back and forth. I've tried faxing and emailing information and I never received a response. I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone and based off the reviews I'm not the only one who feels this way.

Its really sad that some people like myself must pay for out of pocket expenses because this is the WORSE Dental Insurance I Ever had in the history of dental insurance @ 58 years of age.
The information given is so Believable until you sign up (Especially with YOU must have Auto payments to have their Dental Insurance thats the only way you can make a payment and you'll give them a date and later find out that's not true you can't request certain dates and they'll take it out anytime. Let's not forget you can't pay in advance) Today,
They make an error and they ask for your Bank Statement to prove you're being "HONEST!"
I feel disappointed because of the lack of consistency and when you ask for a manager someone calls YOU back so they're unable to record the call. They refuse to resolve any issues. Don't ask for the address to file letter of complaint because they'll give you the address of the exact place you had your billing issue. I don't like writing "Poor Reviews" and today my intelligence was insulted and they "Refused" to resolve my issue and its documented of "All" the negligence on the company
I had no other option. I feel really bad for the CEO or Owner because I must assume he/she doesn't have a clue about the "Corruption Crew Customer Service Agents". I must give credit to the One that was "Professional" but the domino effect has fallen and not from the CEO or Owner because the Corruption Crew are great pretenders. I had a billing error that cost me a $34.00 fee from my bank because of this company. Mind you I just recently had 2 surgeries for tumors found and this is now another problem during recovery...
I just checked reViews and Overall rating is 1.5 Stars. I agree Whole Heartedly They're Worthy of this 1. I wished their was a 0 instead of 1 Star because Nothing for Nothing leaves Nothing!

THE WORST COMPANY EVER! They lack basic Things such as submitting payment online or over the phone. Trying to get in contact with a live person is impossible! I called in and an automated system gave me an option to receive a call back within 2 business days. It's been over a month and they have yet to call me back. Since then I've made several attmpts to reach them via phone, email and fax and still no response! They Are waste of time and money! Stay away from this company they are horrible and useless!!!

A waste of time and money. We signed up for this insurance so that we might help our son who needed some major dental work done due to his ruff life pre orphanage (adopted from another country) and the most this insurance paid was partial of a basic visit. We could save money by paying cash out of pocket rather than paying Dental Health Services for Service they don't provide. On top of that, I've spent three months trying to cancel it and they don't answer emails, or phone calls but they sure seem prompt at removing payment from our bank account every month. Theft- taking money for something they can't provide.
