I have always had bad experiences at the dentist, so I usually dread going. Typically, the dentist doesn’t explain anything, and the assistants don’t listen when I mention that I struggle with X-rays. However, my visit today at Dentists of Eagle Mountain was completely different.

From the moment I arrived, Jansynn, the dental assistant, was incredibly professional and actually listened to my concerns about X-rays. I have a sensitive gag reflex, and she made sure to take them carefully while keeping me as comfortable as possible. She communicated with me throughout the process, which made a huge difference.

Then Dr. Neda came in for my emergency appointment. I needed a crown, and she was absolutely fantastic. She explained everything clearly before proceeding, ensuring I understood what was happening at each step. I also dislike needles, but she administered two shots so smoothly that I didn’t even feel them—something I never thought possible! The entire procedure was done with great professionalism and care.

The finance person also took the time to go over my costs thoroughly, so there were no surprises, which I greatly appreciated.

This was hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a dentist who listens, communicates well, and provides excellent care, I highly recommend Dentists of Eagle Mountain, especially Dr. Neda and Jansynn!

Just had my first visit after being referred by my wife. Best experience I’ve had at dentist in I don’t know how long!!! Dentist and the whole team were very friendly and welcoming. I never felt rushed and they made sure I was comfortable and understood everything they were doing. They answered all of my questions and didn’t pressure me to get anything work I didn’t want done. So glad I found these guys!!!

I had Jansynn as my dental assistant, absolutely amazing, helped answer all my questions and went through all of the things with me. Supported me, let me grab her hand, and made sure everything was okay. Definitely made things better with her there.

Avi was amazing, informative and knows what she is doing. She gave me the best teeth cleaning ever. I will be referring my friends and family to her. I hope she stays for the long run at this location.

Based on other reviews, it looks like their priority is to upsell a costly periodontal disease super deep cleaning treatment. As they were explaining the treatment and cost to me, it just sounded like a scam. Sure enough, if it sounds like a duck and walks like a duck, it might just be a duck. I turned down the treatment of course and walked out without even getting the regular cleaning that is fully covered by insurance. At least I learned I have zero cavities. I’m gonna have to go wait six months and go somewhere else to get my cleaning.

Avi is the best thing to happen to this office since I started going here 2 years ago. Please keep her. She is an angel in the dentistry field. I've had alot of deep cleanings over the past 10 years, and never before I have I had a good one that didn't cause sensitivity. 5 stars for Avi! A good hygienst makes or breaks a dentist office. You got one!

Everyone here is Amazing, from the front desk staff, the office manager Jennifer, and the back office. Dr. Neda Mohammadi and her assistant Jansynn did an amazing job at making me feel at ease.
