From the front desk until I walked out of the building, I was treated with a profound level of respect and professionalism. Once I met Dr. Brackett, I knew I'd found my new dentist. He was kind, thorough, and understanding about my own opinions for further treatment. I could not have asked for a better experience. These folks are high class, high character, and high quality and they treat you like they've known you for years. Incredible experience!

While on vacation a couple weeks ago, one of my fillings began to abscess and was extremely painful. Fortunately my dentist from home made some calls and was told to send me to Doc of the Bay! This was on Monday and I was seen on Tuesday! I am very thankful for their ability to get me seen so quickly! They took X-rays and prescribed me medicine to help manage the pain until I went home! He even called the next day to see how I was feeling and in the medication was working! I would absolutely recommend doc of the bay to anyone!

Dr. Brackett and his staff were AMAZING!! We used their office when our local dentist wasn’t able to accommodate a need during Covid, and the care given made me ready to transfer our entire family to this practice! Not only was Dr. Brackett kind, compassionate, and caring but he also never made us feel rushed or like we were bothering him. I can’t say enough good things about Doc of the Bay.

Such a great dentist and staff. They are totally prepared for patients during this virus time. I never felt uneasy and my safety and health was their main concern. Dental hygienist there since January and she is terrific! I strongly recommend Doc of the Bay!

Love this place! We moved into the area almost a year ago. Mom has Alzheimer's and somehow her partial for the bottom molars was lost. Dr. Brackett was so very kind to mom, explaining each step to her (and me) in the procedure. He and his associates never lost patience with her despite the fact that she just could NOT keep her tongue out of the way when making the dental impression. (haha) The office is very clean and everyone is very so pleasant. The name of the practice grabbed me, but the doctor and staff will keep me going there!
