I have been with this office for years. I have four children and they’ve saw all of them except my last (he has an appt coming up) they’re amazing. My son whom is 2 years old has autism and they were VERY patient with him and had no complaints as this was his first visit and I really appreciate that. They even tied his balloon around a toy so that he didn’t lose it. The front desk receptionist are very sweet and patient as well! And I LOVE Dr.Norby he’s always very sweet and thorough. 10 stars all around.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Right off into the door the kids had fun! From the amazing kid friendly deco through out the entire building to the actual castle the kids play in while in the waiting room and they even had video games the older kids loved! But let's talk a out the staff! #AMAZING! We brought 5 kids here at the same time not one kid ever felt uncomfortable! Please bring your kids here u won't regret it!

A place that genuinely cares! I drive almost an hour for my child to come here because I just couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!! I absolutely love them so much! They are kind of like family! A huge shout out to Summer especially for always making sure my child is comfortable even when it’s not her patient! You guys are doing a great job!

This was by far the best Dental visit. My children and I an their Father were here yesterday at 1pm. They are very protective of keeping 6ft distance between you and other patient's due to sickness,covid19. They check everyone for fevers and masks gloves. I very much like and appreciate that safety.
Not only is Dr.Norby the best children's Dentist but he has the best friendliest sweetest caring Hygienists&Staff? Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our children were comfortable and shown them everything they were gonna do before doing it. My childrwn are 4 and 9years. Our oldest is Autistic. He has been to the dentist many times but has never made through appointment till Dr. Norby office. Just goes to show how Dr.Norby his Hygienists and staff are devoted and love their jobs. I love how they allowed my husband and I to be in the room with our children during x-rays,exams,cleaning. Dr.Norby even walked us the parents through each tooth on the x-ray and explained in great detail what is going on. Each my children recieved 2 toys,tooth brush of their choice,floss,tooth paste, and my daughter was given little dental mirror which also my daughter said helped her be strong and brave while her teeth were being cleaned.lol? I can say from personal experience everyone takes great pride in their work and patients. They treat you more like family than anything. Thank you Dr.Norby,Hygienists,wonderful Staff for such an amazing positive experience you have given my children and self❤? My children are looking forward to their next appointment 6months and no longer afraid the dentist. All thanks to you❤ Thank you.

Dr. Norby has been my oldest daughters dentist since she was 1 and now she is 11 and we absolutely love him and his amazing staff. I now have a 2 yr. old who goes there and nothing has changed about these people it has only gotten better. And now that they have added Dr. Bennett it is refreshing. I would recommend that everyone goes here and experience the love and concern they have for your children. It is always a pleasure going there.

Dr. Norby and his staff are incredible! They are friendly, fast, and efficient! My 2 year old and 8 year old LOVE to go to the dentist! They are never fearful or afraid. Dr. Norby takes the time to explain things and answer questions. The kids love going to the toy chest at the end. Their favorite part though is getting a balloon! We love them and highly recommend their office!!!

Dr norby and his staff are wonderful! Before I brought my kids to a place in Gadsden Alabama. The staff there was nowhere near as nice and helpful as the staff at children in teen dental. When you get to children and teen dental they are more than willing to help you and work with you. Dr norby loves his patients like he would his own children! This office makes me feel comfortable asking questions and voice and concerns, they will hear you out and let you know what your options are. Never have had a bad experience in the years I've brought my kids. Changing pediatric dentists was the best decision I could have made!
