I would give him —5 if I could. I have a friend who lives in Geneva who recommend him to me. I had rotator cuff surgery scheduled for my right shoulder and I had some dental pain that needed to be taken care of before the surgery the next day. I stopped by and filled out the paperwork and made my appointment.
I waited a few weeks to get in. Drove over an hour to get there. They tell me I don’t have an appointment. I told them I did and showed them my appointment card with the date. I told them I was in pain in my shoulder and my teeth. They said they called me but the phone number was wrong. I asked them why they didn’t try emailing or mailing me an appointment change. So I started to cry.
They went and talked with the dentist and he said he would work me in so I go back and wait and wait and wait. He’s busy working on a teenage boy across the hall. He finally comes in and tells me I need a filling on my top molar. And he didn’t have time to do it. I stated crying again and he got real angry and loud and told me he would just pull it then. So he pulled a savable tooth and it was a top molar. Cost over $300 and I left in shock. Now I need a dental implant for $1200 and an $800 crown. No I do not recommend.
