They had cancelled my appointment this morning due to me not confirming ahead of time but my phone had broke and I got a new number so the message would have went to my old number. Apparently people don't show up to their appointments but I have never been late or missed one and the next one would be two months away and I already waited that long for this one. I have been there several times and there was a time or two I hadn't confirmed it but they didn't cancel my whole appointment. I'm going with someone else because that just wasted my time and gas and I need my tooth fixed asap.

Based on my experience, Dr. Jackson and his staff deserve the highest ratings and reviews. They went above and beyond to make a very difficult extraction as comfortable as possible. Dr. Jackson even called later that evening to make sure my pain was being managed! If you’re looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Jackson.
