I really never thought I’d leave a review for a dental office but EaDo Family Dental has just been so stellar that I really couldn’t not mention how awesome they are. Their staff, facility, and care has been top notch. They took someone like me who was anxious about going to the dentist to deal with some things I had put off and made my entire experience feel easy, safe, and positive. They gave me a very reasonable game plan to get a fair amount of work done and have been thoughtful and professional the whole way through. No dental shaming here. Shout out to Cindy who is incredibly kind, professional, and encouraging. Dr. Ma is also great and does a good job of balancing what you need to hear with being empathetic to your situation and reasonable about expectations. I’ve told all my friends to come here.

I’ve been extremely happy with EaDo Family Dental since the first day I stepped foot in their establishment. All of the staff is extremely genuine and professional. I highly recommend this place for all of your dental needs. Given that I’m relatively new to Houston, I’m glad to have found my dentist and hygienist. Thank you EaDo.

Our family just moved to the area and wanted to find a dentist that was convenient. This was not only convenient it was also the best experience from beginning to end. The cost was fair and affordable. Everyone was so friendly and very knowledgeable. My daughter loved that she was able to watch whatever she wanted on Netflix from a tv that was right above her while she had her teeth cleaned. Overall, a great experience.

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. They have top of the line equipment plus you get to watch Netflix while they work on your teeth. The staff is very professional and the doctors are experts at their jobs. I HIGHLY recommend trying this place before you go anywhere else. They are also very informative with teeth care and what works best for me. 10/10 service.

Edit: I forgot to add that they are also honest in billing!!! Like I wrote before, I likely have low standards, but there were clinics in the past that just kept any extra amount I paid even if insurance ended up covering it. Last time I went in to EADO dentistry I was pleasantly surprised to find I had credit on my account from overpayment on an estimate in the past, that they applied to my copay. After that appointment, when my insurance paid more than estimated, they returned the balance to my account. This level of honesty and care should be the standard everywhere!

The front office staff, hygienists, and doctors are fantastic. I've seen both doctors and they do a great job, only recommending what they feel you really need instead of trying to make a quick buck to drill into healthy teeth (yes, it has happened before elsewhere). Dr. Williams also went out of her way to follow up with me regarding another issue brought up by my ENT, as in, she called the ENT and then called me back after she spoke with him. Maybe I have low standards because I've had a few doctors in the past who would promise to follow up and never did, but the fact that Dr. Williams went out of her way to do that was a huge deal for me. These doctors actually care about their patients!

Other than that, my hygienist is super mindful of sensitive teeth and I am in no pain when I get cleanings, which basically never happens, and the front office staff are always super friendly and were so patient when I had questions about my insurance.

As someone who is pretty picky about doctors/medical care, I highly recommend them.

Absolutely love this place! The management is super organized and very kind. The doctors and the assistants are fantastic and professional! My entire family has now started coming here. I have finally found my place for all my dental care!!
