My family has been going to East Alabama Dental group since the early 2000’s! Me, my 3 children and my husband. They have always taken the best care of all of us. Their kindness and love for their patients is why we continue going to them. My parents moved to Auburn recently and they switched to East Alabama Dental group and love it like we do!

Great experience! Christie is awesome and so enjoyable to chat with as she cleans. I had to cancel my appointment and the staff quickly found me another slot to come within 2 weeks! Everyone is very friendly and hometown personal vibe is a rare find. Dr Thompson is thorough and efficient.

If you are looking for a new dentist PLEASE look no further! I had multiple bad experiences with my previously dentist but I'm a creature of habit and stayed longer than I should have. I asked a co-work where they went and she recommended I go to see Dr Riley. I was able to get an appointment that following week, and they even reached out to confirmed that I didn't have an issue that I needed to be seen sooner. I was greeted by the receptionist upon arrival and she thanked me for choosing East Alabama Dental Group. I didn't sit in the waiting room long before I was called back. The dental hygienist was very polite and very personable. I think she could tell I was a little nervous and she assured me there was nothing to be worried about. She eased my nervousness by chatting about her weekend at the beach. She talked me through everything that was going to happened with todays visit and asked if I had any questions. The X-Rays were quick and she checked in with me multiple times to make sure she wasn't hurting me. When Dr. Riley came in his energy was warm and welcoming. He told me that if that one tooth I named as "My Problem" was the biggest issue I had, I was in good sharp. He looked at my X-Rays with me so, that made it easier for him to explain things to me. He gave me a few options on a course of action and then he gave me his opinion on what he would recommend. He said that I was in charge of my care and he was there to assist. He wouldn't force or push anything on me that I wasn't comfortable with..... I liked that. He also checked in with me multiple times to make sure I truly understood the information he gave me and he asked multiple times if I had any questions. He also checked to make sure I wasn't in any pain or had any discomfort. My old dentist seemed to not care about discomfort. This was the best experience I've had with a dentist and I'm thankful to my co-work for her recommendation.
