The staff is always welcoming and joyful! Doctor Cordero is informative and skilled! It was very emotional for me seeing my 8 year old under anesthesia and for my son, of course he was a bit nervous, but the dental assistants on duty today were perfect! They set the tone the minute we walked back, engaging in casual conversation, making jokes with my son , getting him to laugh really normalized things. To the red head assistant (sorry I am not good with names) thank you for asking me how I was doing, very thoughtful and empathetic of you! Anxiety was scratching at the surface and you were very sweet to check on me as I walked back to the waiting room leaving my son in your hands. God bless you everyone there

I received excellent care. The staff was very kind and answered all of my questions. Dr Cordero was wonderful, very gentle with local anesthetic. I wish they did general dentistry!

Personally 5 stars isn’t enough. They treated my fiancée and I like family. We were worried about the cost because we don’t have insurance and they helped us out with a payment plan. They were very thorough and got us right on in! Highly recommend

My dentist referred me to Dr Cordero for oral surgery Nov. 1. Well Saturday morning my tooth decided it couldn't wait. I spent da weekend in pain. I called Dr. Cordero office Monday morning they rescheduled me for Tuesday. His staff took care of my situation worked me in. Believe me I were in pain .....most uncomfortable. Doc thank you and your entire staff in going the extra mile treating me in the time of need. Many thanks

Man that is no end to the praise that I give to Dr Richard Cardero and his staff over at Eastern Shore oral facial and implant surgery center. First the waiting room is warm and inviting and nicely decorated. Next the entire staff friendly and knowledgeable and genuinely care about you as a patient. Very professional. I had five teeth pulled today with absolutely NO PAIN, and the whole procedure to less than an hour. The take-home instructions were very simple to follow. If I ever need any more major dental work done this is the place that I will choose. I Highly Recommend Eastern Shore to ANYONE who has special dental needs

Taylor was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel less nervous before I even saw Dr. Cordero. I feel confident about my outcome. ... Three months later and I'm now at the end of my inplant journey. My final appointment was today and I'm so thankful everything looked good and I got a release to start restoration. I can't find the words to tell you how much I loved working with Dr. Cordero and his staff. Everyone was so wonderful and caring...a special shout out to Carrie who went above and beyond to help me. Thank you all so much for being there for me!

I really appreciate the fact that even though we were running late because we were an hour away and we had to find the place they still seen me I appreciate that very much. I was very disappointed in the fact that in spite of getting there and getting seen and having so many bad teeth and needing to get dentures in the worst way they're not going to be able to help me because they said I'm
A high risk or something like that and I have to go to the hospital to have procedure done which means my insurance won't cover it. So I'm a little irritated other than that I guess it was fine.
