Two weeks ago I made an appointment online. You can select new patient, as I did, select a time and date, enter your info, etc. I made the appointment for a specific day I had off, about 3 weeks in advance. Two weeks later, they call me and leave me a voicemail saying they're canceling my appointment because that day doesn't work for them and their new patient appointments are actually booked two months out. That would've been great to know not too long after I made the appointment, not two weeks later. I just checked, and you can still go make a new patient appointment online with pretty open availability on their end. Why even have this as an option at all if it means nothing? I made an appointment online with a DIFFERENT dentist office and was able to make a new patient appointment for the day I wanted despite it now being short notice, no problem. Called and confirmed my appointment was actually valid, and it was, just as it should be.
Definitely wouldn't waste my time again with this place in the future.

Very successful and busy dental office. They are proactive advancing preventive dental care. The hygienists are patient and careful. Dr. Chu is thorough. He will point out areas in need of structural or cosmetic dental work.

Dr. Platt was my dentist for years but recently he retired. The new dentist taking over renamed the practice Evergreen Family Dental. They did NOT however notify long-time patients that they were not going to continue with the same insurance companies. So when I went for my regular cleaning I was taken by surprise that I had to pay out of pocket. It would have been respectful and professional of them to provide advance notice that they are no longer in network, but they didn't. I am now going elsewhere. Can't comment on actual dental work here now, I just know they are no longer in my network.

I have been going here since I've been a kid and I havent had a single issue with them! Everyone is super nice and is an expert in their field. You are greeted with a smile as soon as you walk in and again when you are called back.
They also have a really clear line of communication with you as well. Multiple texts leading up to your appointment for reminders. They also ask questions such as which teeth are sensitive to make sure the experience is enjoyable and smooth as possible. Can't recommend enough.

My first visit was to get established with Dr Platt as my new dentist. He came highly recommended, and for good reason. He took the time to look over my x-rays with me, explaining everything he was seeing in a way I could understand. He was thorough in his examination, offering advice and answering questions. His cheery office staff is wonderful. My only regret is not finding this dentist years ago. Dr Platt is hands down the best dentist I've ever seen.

Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Their staff is so nice and understanding. If you’re nervous they completely understand, and they are always looking out for you whether it be checking your insurance or cleaning your teeth. If I could give them 100 stars I would but for now I’ll just send all my friends and family their way!

Saw Dr Platt for filling and also had teeth cleaning two weeks ago… office courteous, efficient, and very kind! My hygienist was very thorough and very personable as well as their secretary.
