I could not be happier with my dental experience today. I needed a new top denture plate and three extractions on the bottom. I also had impressions done so that I could have a bottom partial made. Dr. Haywood sat down with me and made sure of what I wanted and needed, I was giving a payment plan so I knew ahead of time what the cost would be. My dentures were made the same day, which was really nice and I have to say they did an amazing job. They look so good.!! Dr. Haywood did a great job doing the extractions. I will never use another dentist again. This was a great experience. All of the staff was so kind making sure that I was OK and that I didn’t need anything. They were great!!!!

Dr. Maddox and his team are great at what they do. I recently had a tooth extracted. It was not an easy extraction but they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I didn’t catch her name but, his assistant was kind enough to turn on a fan for me when she noticed I was breaking a sweat from the procedure. Dr. Maddox is very gentle and considerate. I would recommend this office to anyone.

If you value your time find another provider. I had an appointment for 3pm on a Friday. When I got the confirmation call I was told you can come in at 2:30 if you want to. Sure!! So I get there at 2:30. I get my bitewings. And I wait. And I wait. And I wait. I got to an hour, and at 3:30 I went to the desk and told them we would need to reschedule for another time. They apologized and said that the hygienist had a patient that pushed her back. I asked why they didn’t relay that information to me so that I could have planned accordingly. I told them I would find another provider. I left Nashville for a slower pace. Not this darn slow.

After a few bad experiences with different dental places, I came to Gadsden family Dentistry. Everyone was very pleasant. I was not the best Patient but that didn't sway them. They were very patient and accomodating. They were able to fix my denture and didnt hard press me to commit to extensive dental processes. Because of the easy going pleasant environment I may reconsider my apprehension in seeing a dentist. Thank you thank you thank you for putting up with me. The prices were very affordable. I can't say enough about how happy I am with gadsden family dentistry!

Dr. Maddox and his staff are 2nd to none. Dr. Maddox is very informative and explains and walks you through the process. His team us well prepared and assist the doctor like a hand needs a glove..I look foward to our new found relationship and will recommend their expertise when the situation arise

I absolutely recommend this dental office! They are so professional and compassionate and they make sure you are happy with any procedure you have done! Dr. Maddox is very experienced and is very kind I have been to several dentist in my life but this is the only dentist and staff I truly trust! They are all very knowledgeable and considerate of the patients and their experience. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs dental care!
