A magnificent experience. The staff and dentists at Humphreys and Galloway are focused on you, the patient. They bend over backwards to help with your dental needs and will do almost anything to make your experience a good one. Can you imagine looking forward to going to the dentist? Well, for the first time ever, I looked forward to their treatment because of how well they prepared me and how confident we all were that the procedures would be relatively painless and successful. I cannot say enough good about them. Each and every member of the staff has you in mind. True professionals, caring, concerned, and competent.

I have seen both Dr. Humphreys and Dr. Galloway and both are professional and courteous. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming and the dental hygienist is patient and knowledgeable. I appreciated them taking the time to explain procedures to me and allowing me time to ask questions. Having dental work done is not fun, but this office staff makes the experience as enjoyable as possible.

I have had a wonderful experience each time I have been in Dr. Humphrey’s office. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. I had to have a tooth pulled, and Dr. Humphreys and Crystal were both very kind and considerate and did a fantastic job! If you are in need of any dental care I strongly recommend them!

Having been a patient with Dr. Humphreys and Galloway Periodontics and Dental Implants for several years now, I can honestly share each experience. From the personal greetings as I entered the doors to the encouragement and blessings sent from these same doors as I left, gave me a feeling that I truly mattered to them as a patient, but also as if I were family. I was introduced to Dr. Patrick Galloway on my first visit. He gave me a feeling of confidence in his knowledge of all the problems I was having and trust me, there were many. He could sense how anxious I was in never having had to experience anything like this before but as he explained the process ... things were much easier to understand. I have been a patient with more problems I’m sure than many. However, Dr. Galloway left me each time with, “we’ve got this and we’ll get there.” I will soon be finished with all the work I had needed and I would love to share with any future patients that you will be taken care of and , most importantly, you will be taken care of as family. Dr. Galloway has been amazing in being patient with me and taking care of me as his patient. He is extremely professional yet you know he truly cares for you as a person. I want to add how happy I am to go to this dentist office for all my dental needs. I’ve appreciated every dental professional working there because they are kind and convey a genuine concern for the health of my mouth. I’ve had several dental issues and, through the years, have gone to many clinics. I’m able to distinguish between legitimate concern or not. I’ve just had a cleaning with Crystal and have a bag of products to help heal my gums and find the right product to use going forward. Dr Humpreys and his highly professional and friendly staff made every visit to the office extremely pleasurable. Before beginning treatment, I was fully informed of all treatment options by Dr Humphreys. Dr Humphreys made certain that I was comfortable during treatment and provided me the option of various anesthesia methods. Dr Humpheys provided outstanding follow-up care after my procedure and made sure that I was happy with all post-procedure recovery and pain control.
