Wow!!! I never thought I'd say I couldn't wait to go back about a dentist...but now it's true! I was referred to this dentist because they do same-day crowns, so I went in with just the normal expectations of any dentist. What I received was unbelievable! The front desk greeted me warmly and showed me into a private consultation/receiving room where there was a gift bag waiting for me! She introduced me to Lacee who was so pleasant and proceeded to really try to get to know me. Lacee walked me through the entire process, from start to finish. I thought I was only going in for an initial consultation, but they were actually able to do my major dental work immediately. They brought me a fuzzy blanket, a neck pillow, and were so accommodating all the way through! Best of all, the issue I went in for was resolved with even less dental work than I was expecting! Thank you to the entire team at Gooch Family Dental...what an AMAZING culture. I can't wait to go back! 🙂

Everyone in the office was wonderful. I went to this office because I was told by my dentist in Florida that I needed a crown replaced due to a cavity under it. Xrays were sent to Gooch Family Dental and they also did an x-ray when I arrived. Dr. Gray was honest and told me he didn’t see what the other dentist saw and I didn’t need a crown replaced. I greatly appreciated his honesty. He saved me a lot of money and was so nice. Everyone in the office cared about me being comfortable. I actually enjoyed going to the dentist. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Gray.

It seems I am not the only one that was mislead by Gooch Dental. I was notified that I was out of network for my next appointment. I called ahead of time to discuss cancelling my appointment. The front desk ensured me that since it was just a basic cleaning I should still come in and insurance would cover the bill. When I arrive, I see billing before my cleaning, and they give the same hook. 2 months later I receive a bill for $190. My total bill was $335 for a cleaning and x-rays….
Now that the service is completed Gooch wants to overcharge the insurance company, point the finger at them, and expect me to pay the remaining balance.
Moral of the story, don’t believe anything they say. They will say anything to get you in the chair.

This is the first time I have been to the Dentist in over 10 years due to lack of trust and past trauma. From the start the women at the Front Desk are super sweet and were very polite and welcoming getting the appointment set up. Meg showed me around and was very informative and super nice making the overall experience great while I was trying to hide my crippling anxiety the whole time. Katie Pace was also very helpful and nice. Dr. Duncan was extremely cool and professional and I am very much looking forward to sticking with these people for a while. First impression on the whole place could not have been better.

Wonderful experience. I knew before any procedures were done exactly what my out of pocket cost would be. Charity, the dental hygienist was top notch. You can tell she enjoys her job and I would absolutely recommend Gooch Dental to anyone who asks.

Safe to say I now have a new and higher standard for dental practices. Ginger at the front desk, my hygienist Faith, and Dr. Wood were all extremely attentive and helpful. In and out in about 30 minutes with a diagnosis, written prescription, and a set appointment with an oral surgeon (which they made for me on the spot while I was still in the chair). All the while they were incredibly kind, attentive, and caring.

To the best of my knowledge no one has responded to the question, “What are you going to do now after winning the Super Bowl” and responded with “visit the dentist”. But if that were the case, I imagine they are referring to visiting Gooch Family Dental. I’m currently two for two in requesting “emergency help” when my teeth had decided to turn against me. Immaculate facility, exceptional staff, and dentists giving priority to your best interest, it is a little disappointing with exceptional oral hygiene you get to only visit twice a year per some internet recommendation. Also worth noting for all you time restrained individuals, I assume the tooth fairy resides somewhere within the vicinity as you can go from painless root canal to new crown all within the same day. Yeah, that is right, toothache to chomping on tacos in the same day. So stop reading reviews already and make an appointment. Thank me later.

Wow. I have sever dental anxiety and blown away by Gooch, their incredible staff, and their compassionate approach. The dental hygienist, Christian F, made me feel so safe and comforted. They offered me a warm blanket and everything, I felt like I was flying first class. Then, the dentist was so gentle and made me feel normal about the anxiety. I didn’t know I could find a dentist that I actually love!!
