Dr. Loney is a good oral surgeon but he skipped out of town mid-treatment. No refund, nada!!! I had to find an other oral surgeon who would work with me financially since I had completed my payment to Dr. Looney. I believe Dr. Looney felt no remorse when he left with an incomplete procedure. I didn’t even receive a call from him but from his surgical assistant who felt bad of what happened. I believe he has no morals and has no remorse. It’s a shame, I thought he was a good person, his actions spoke volumes as to his character!!!

Dr. Loney is kind patient and very knowledgeable. He took his time to take detailed medical history. Very thorough exam of mouth

Dr. Loney let me participate in the plan and got necessary referrals that he recommended

Dear Dr. Wayne W. Loney,
After two weeks passed, I called your office because I was still having excruciating pain and your receptionist stated you could not see me for two more weeks.
Due to the amount of pain I was in, I decided I could not wait that long to receive treatment from you. I then decided to call Rockwall Oral Surgery and scheduled with Nathan Dombrowski. He listened to my problems and quickly schedule a biopsy.
Dr. Dombrowski was the first of many doctors I had seen that listened to me, and discovered my oral cancer. My purpose in writing you is because during my visit/attempted visit I did not feel listened to or cared for. I’m thankful I didn’t give up on trying to resolve my pain, if I had I may still be left untreated.

Dr. Loney did my son’s oral surgery (including all of his wisdom teeth extraction) and he and his staff were exceptional! He made my teenage son feel comfortable about the procedures and was super helpful in his recovery when I had questions.

10/10, but I hope to never see y'all again.

Had to get an impacted wisdom tooth extracted and it went significantly better than I thought it would. Granted, I'm still currently miserable and hangry - but the actual process was pretty quick and painless, and it's healing as it should. They were able to get me the help I needed within a price that I could afford without having insurance. The staff was extremely kind and handled my anxious nature and dark humor well. Bonus points because my mum thought the surgeon was cute.

My husband William and I have been extremely pleased with Dr Loney and his entire staff. We came here as a second opinion, and thank goodness we did. Not only was the first place far more expensive but they only saw money and not William’s dental needs. His implants would have failed based on the first oral surgeon’s plan. The care, expert analysis, and treatment we received was phenomenal. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Looney and his staff pulled a wisdom tooth that had become abscessed. Smooth procedure, excellent staff and fair pricing. Very happy using Dr. Looney and will highly recommend Greenville Oral Surgery.
