Had a positive experience on my "new patient" visit to Hall Cosmetic Denistry. I felt this practice is very thorough in dental health evaluation and cleaning. The most gentle cleaning procedure I have had; great job Nikki. Dr. Hall is very personable and offers recommendations and answers questions clearly. Very nice and organized office staff.

I always have an excellent experience here! Dr. Hall and all of the staff are so kind and welcoming! Technology in the office is top-notch compared to other practices I've been to. Exams and cleanings are very thorough and they always take time to explain what they are doing or what the imaging shows. The cleaning is also very gentle which I appreciate - at other dentists I tend to leave with aching gums but they are very careful here! ?

Had an amazing experience. They took all my concerns seriously and explained every detail to me. The services they offer for patients with anxiety is like nothing I have ever seen or heard before and they are so understanding of patients with anxiety. They’re also so gentle. I never thought I’d go to a dentist and not leave in pain or discomfort. Their paperwork process in itself shows that they care and take your concerns and anxiety seriously. 10/10 recommend.

Very thankful to have found Dr Hall and his wonderful team! I was in need of an emergency root canal, and Dr Hall referred me to another specialist as my case was more involved. After receiving the root canal the tooth broke due to how fragile it was and Dr Hall was able to work me in the next morning to complete my crown and the rest of the work I needed. It was totally painless, comfortable and his caring staff put me totally at ease.

Very nice and clean facility. Staff was very friendly. I was a new patient so they took a lot of X-rays . It was about 50 minutes before my actual teeth were cleaned. I was told of several issues that needed to be fixed. One of these was very surprising because the dental practice I went to for 40 years never mentioned it. Neither did the two other dentists I have seems since moving to Birmingham. It makes me wonder if it is really necessary. I will seek a second opinion before proceeding with that procedure, especially since it it costly and not covered by insurance.

Well, what an exceptional visit. Thank God found them. Everyone is awesome from the one who talked over the telephone and the reception to the hygienist to Dr.Alison ,hands down. I wish I had luck to see them before suffering from one place to another. They let you feel that they knew you for ages. They are Top Notch.
Please don’t hesitate to go and try, you won’t be regretful . They gonna listen and they know their jobs.you gonna be in trusty good hands.

An all around excellent practice! I have dentist anxiety and everyone was so kind and supportive- they made me feel welcome and comfortable the moment I walked in. We decided to switch dentist due to bad experiences. Our daughter had her first appointment upstairs so when we were leaving we noticed Hall’s. We walked in and omg. It was the best service and they make you feel so welcome. we were able to make a same day appointment. It was a great overall experience and they make you feel extremely comfortable
