Many patients appreciate the convenient location and the friendly staff at Hieu Pham DDS. The clinic's commitment to patient care and its thorough approach to dental treatments have been praised by several reviewers. One patient mentioned the clinic's use of advanced technology and the cleanliness of the facility as strong points.

However, there are a few reviews that highlight the need for better communication and understanding of insurance policies. One patient expressed dissatisfaction with the requirement for a new panorama x-ray, even though their old one was within the six-month window. This issue led to an additional cost and frustration for the patient.

In light of these reviews, it is essential for potential patients to be aware of the clinic's policies and to communicate their concerns effectively. It is also advisable to consult with the clinic regarding their approach to insurance and any additional costs before scheduling an appointment.

I was referred to this location to extract one wisdom tooth, however, they insist they need to retake Panorama x-ray because my old one was not done within the 6 months, which will not be covered by the insurance and they insist on me paying for $250 on top of consultation fee. Seriously? A panarama x ray for only one tooth? They are really money hunger on this matter. I ended up going to a different office, which used my old x-ray to do the procedure to help me avoid the cost.

The staff and the Doctor are very professional. Last time I did wisdom tooth extraction was 15 years ago and it was nerve wrecking. Dr Pham and his team explain everything and make sure I am comfortable with the least painful or zero pain possible. I was in and out in less than 30 mins for single wisdom tooth. Happy Customer and thanks for great experience Dr Pham and team.

I got an extraction and implant done on the same day here .

The procedure was well explained to me prior to the day of surgery . The out of pocket was charged right before the surgery and it was exactly what had been explained earlier.

The surgery was in a very clean sterile environment and it was quite a change from the other extractions that I've done before.

The nurses were helpful and the doctor has been amazing ..

Overall I am delighted at the service . Thank you to everyone at the office

My dentist recommended me to Dr. Pham to get my wisdom teeth removed and I'm so thankful I went to him as I was feeling very nervous. Dr. Pham is friendly and very professional. He has years of experience and made me feel very comfortable. His staff is also very friendly and helpful, and walked me through the whole process of what to expect. They sat me down to help me navigate my insurance and even helped me advocate for more insurance coverage. The actual procedure was done sooner than expected and I had no trouble healing. I felt reassured during my follow-up/post-op appointment to learn that everything healed well. 10/10 I would recommend seeing Dr. Pham. Thank you for making my experience quick, easy, and painless!

Dr. Hieu Pham is an exceptional dental surgeon and implant specialist. His unparalleled knowledge and skill were evident when he successfully completed my implant, a procedure deemed challenging by other dentists. Dr. Pham's friendly demeanor and the excellence of his staff further enhance the overall experience. Not only did he surpass expectations during the surgery, but his commitment continued with thorough post-surgery check-ups, ensuring the ongoing health of my implants. Grateful for his expertise and genuine care.

My son was referred to Dr Pham by his ortho for inspection of an under growing tooth in his upper jaw. Some high tech 3d scanning and 15min consultation later, I was given a bill of $420 not covered by insurance. I didn't want to show them I was shocked. There was no discussion about cost before they started to do the work. They think people can just cough off a few hundred dollars on any given day.

My son had to have 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr Hieu Pham yesterday. Dr Pham and his team was very kind, professional and really took good care of my son through the process. My son was really nervous the days leading up to surgery but Dr. Pham explained the procedure and meds options clearly to us. My son chose to take anti anxiety medication and local anesthesia instead of general anesthesia and it helped kept him to stay calm throughout the procedure. He didn’t even remember most of the extraction, we are very happy and satisfied!

Patient beware! My father went in to see Dr. Pham due to increased pain from what turned out to be an abscess. He was taken into the back-office where he was taken to an exam room. In the exam room, he was instructed that he would have to get an x-ray and to do so, his dentures/stay plate needed to be removed.... and he did so. He was taken to the x-ray room to have his x-rays taken. His dentures were placed on the counter. From then on, they did not follow him back into the other room to consult with the doctor. The next day, my dad realizes after having his tooth extracted, and being in a lot of pain, that he does not have his $2,500 dentures with him.

My mother called the office, where they supposedly searched for my dad's missing dentures. My mother was told that the trash was already taken out. My question is--at an oral surgeon's office, if a patient comes in with horrible mouth pain and has dentures and is instructed to remove the dentures, why is the assistant NOT ensuring that the dentures follow the patient throughout the office and ensuring that the patient leaves with their dentures after having a painful tooth extraction?

I am a nurse and work with many in the geriatric population. If I were to instruct a patient to remove a prosthetic device so that they can be properly assessed, then instruct the patient to exit the room and go into another room, you bet that I'll make sure their prosthetic device follows them! Especially when they're in a lot of pain and upset because they've been uncomfortable for multiple days due to an infection in the mouth. When the room was cleaned afterwards, how were the dentures missed from the counter?

I called and spoke with the assistant who instructed my father to remove his dentures. She told me that since she did not physically remove the dentures from my father's mouth, she is not liable. Also as far as she knows, my father "could have left with the dentures and lost them at home".

Because of this situation, my mother and I must go buy a food puree blender because my father has no teeth to chew his food. He does not want to talk or smile because he has missing front teeth. And we now must make a soonest possible appointment to have new dentures made. Another $2500 down the toilet for a replacement and an additional $1500 for a temporary. Total of $4,000 a retired and fixed income person has to shell out. I've received no sympathy from the office staff, just words that prevent blame being placed on them.
