From the moment I walked in I could see and feel the genuine desire to make a patient feel comfortable and cared for. The physical appearance of the office is well decorated with soothing colors & tasteful decor. I was greeted warmly and didn’t have to wait to be taken to my room by Nicole my hygienist. She is warm & professional. Dr Petersen is also very friendly and explained the his recommended care. I will definitely refer friends & neighbors here!

My family has been going here for 13 years. Team is always professional, courteous and on time. We LOVE our dental hygienist Allison. She does an amazing job and is always personable. We look forward to seeing her when we go, she's like family. Highly recommend!

I was welcomed by friendly staff with a very clean organized atmosphere. My Hygienist was so sweet and knowledgeable and I felt like I’ve known her for years. Dr. Peterson was kind, and explained things very clearly. One of the best Dentists I’ve ever had! Thanks for making my visit great!

Dr. Jess Haymore is an amazing dentist. The staff are so friendly and caring. I have been a patient for about ten years, and I have never had a problem. I always leave with a smile. Allison the dental hygienist is kind and does an amazing job, as does everyone in the office. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a great dentist.

Great! We, my husband Dr. David R. Matthews, DMD, had an office in Oregon. We did everything we could to help our patients. They always came first! I was the manager there and we did much staff training.
For your nice office,
I could suggest a less of a wait time. I could give some suggestions on how to not to let patients feel that they are waiting if you are interested. Other than that, you are a good office and I am impressed.
There are some other things I could help with in management, but it would be up to you.
I had a good visit and look forward to my next appointment.

As always, going to Innovation Dental today for my cleaning appointment was well worth the hour drive it took me to get there. Allison and Dr. Haymore are the best hygienist and dentist I’ve ever gone to. I trust both of them, and know I am getting the best dental care with them. That is why after moving an hour away from their office, I continue to get my dental care from them. They are great at easing the anxiety most people have when going to a dental office, and both of them are knowledgeable in their field. They truly are the best in Tucson, I highly recommend them.

I have established such s trust for my dental care with Dr Haymore and all the staff that has helped me over the past 15 years!!!! It’s so nice that my comfort level and the treatment conversations, even during a procedure, are forefront with this entire professional practice. I used to have a greater concern about the cost than the tooth ache, and would put off treatment. The staff is super about giving clear plan, appointments, and payment obligations and options. If I move from Tucson, I sure hope I can come back for dental care!!!
