Not a great experience, it's nice being open 7 days a week but the front staff is a problem they don't know what's going on with your chart. Estimates don't match try to charge for exams when you just had one. 0 communication though the staff. Doctors seem fine never had a problem. But unfortunately no I will not be going back after all the miss communication.

I have only good things to say about this ismile dental center. Doctors are great, knowledgeable, recommend only required procedures and patiently answered all my questions. The support staff is polite, professional. I would highly recommend this center to anyone.

I treated in iSmile three of my teeth (in a day) this year. Firstly, I want to say that this clinic asks you to leave a positive Google review in order to get a discount for your treatment. My impression of this clinic is that it is a conveyor belt, where they are simply trying to serve as many patients as possible, without concern for quality. (my first the complaint was about the anesthesia, which was incredibly painful for the first time in my life, and after it, half of my face went numb, even my eye, which did not go away for many hours. maybe the doctor hit a nerve, maybe it happens, but still).
A few months after I had my cavities "treated" at iSmile, I went to see a doctor at another clinic to discuss getting a crown. There they took an X-ray and noticed that two of the teeth I had treated at iSmile were done poorly. The cavity had not been filled completely, so the X-ray showed that both teeth had holes. I couldn't see them because the holes were in the inside of my teeth. I called iSmile and asked them to redo the treatment and fix the mistakes, but they refused, saying that the warranty on the fillings was only one month. But how could I tell that my fillings were done poorly, I should have checked it on the X-ray right away?
The manager did not want to help solve the problem and only repeated that nothing could be done. They were only ready to redo the treatment again for money.
Overall, I will never visit this clinic again and suggest you doing the same!

Had my first appointment with ISmile Dental and it was a great first experience! My husband was a patient here so I decided to book and appointment and thankfully they had an appointment available next day. Checking in was easy and fast and I liked how they were very transparent with pricing as I was self pay, prices were also affordable. The doctor who evaluated me was also nice and made a care plan to get my issues fixed and the assistant who did my X-rays also was very friendly. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

The customer service in the front desk is amazing, they set my appointment same day.

Of all the dentists I have had, they are the only ones who have given me a toothpaste, floss and toothbrush kit each appointment.

The first Dentist that I meet here was amazing, very competitive and comprehensive, but I never had an appointment with him again. That's why I feel so stressed with a new dentist every appointment.

The only bad thing is that they change your dentist at each new appointment without telling you and even though you scheduled with the same one so you don't have to explain everything again.
I love the first comprehensive dentist here, and I miss him.

I recently brought my mom to iSmile Dental for a tooth extraction, and we had a great experience. The service was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. The dentist and assistants were professional and made sure my mom was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. They took the time to explain everything, which helped ease any anxiety she had. The extraction was quick and as painless as possible. I visited this clinic for my recapping and it was a seamless experience. The doctors and staff are skilled and they have all updated medical equipments. I got done with my procedure within 40 mins with no pain.
