Dr. Kennedy has taken care of my family for 20+ years. Most of those years we were private pay and were always pleased with the prices of regular cleanings, wisdom tooth extraction, and all the other things that we needed as a family. All the staff is kind and courteous. This practice is a blessing to my family.

Dr Kennedy has been my Dentist sense 2000. He has always taken good care of my teeth, helped me when I needed additional care. When my son had an emergency and lost 1/2 of his tooth Dr. Kennedy was there for him, Dr. Kennedy even stayed late.

Dr. Kennedy's office is the best in the Oxford area. His staff are some of the nicest people you will meet. I have used Dr. Kennedy for years, they are always doing their best to provide their customers with the best quality service.

So I get to this place 7:45 AM in the morning because an appointment at 8:00 AM, knock the door nobody there, waited for 10 minutes and one lady showed up, when I was about to sign in she asked if I was the one with an appointment for cleaning and when I said Yes she asked me if I'd reschedule it. Really? I burned PTO hours at work for this. WOW, I'm surprised something like this could happen to me mostly in the Healthcare field. I'll be looking for another provider.

4/18/2018
So my wife received in the mail an appointment from Dr Crandall office for cleaning, so despite my bad experience with them (posted above) she decided go there. I scheduled my PTO and went there this morning with my wife and my 2 yrs old daughter since we have no baby sitter. Once we got there Dr Crandall confronted me and asked me if I posted the above and after I said Yes I did he said he would refuse service to me and my family and that we should go home. Wouldn't be easier take actions against your employee for the bad service instead of have your clients being humiliated Dr Candall?
