Yesterday I received excellent service at Legacy Dental Arts (as I always have). There was absolutely no waiting time. I felt no pain whatsoever, and was treated very professionally by the staff. Actually, I was there to get a couple of tubes of Pro Gel 5000 and the entire process took less than two minutes. Great service!

I will be honest, I am 39 and haven’t been to the dentist since high school. I never had the money to go. We just PCSd here from GA and I finally had a chance to see a Dentist. I saw great reviews for Legacy Dental and I definitely was not disappointed! The staff are all very kind, caring and helpful! I honestly don’t know why anyone would be scared to go to the dentist because it was like a walk in the park! All the ladies who worked with me from the front with Kathleen all the way to the ladies who worked on my teeth were amazing! I can’t thank them enough!

I’ve been to dentists in four other states, and Dr. Penfield and his staff are simply the best I’ve ever seen! I have significant anxiety around dental visits, but Dr. Penfield has made that so much better. Not only is he the best dentist I’ve ever had, but he genuinely cares about his patients and their comfort.

What sets Dr. Penfield apart is that he and his team never pressure you into making decisions. They present all the options and ensure you fully understand everything before proceeding with any treatment. Their commitment to patient education and comfort is truly exceptional. This office is amazing. The staff were all incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. My hygienist Jenn was so sweet and made sure everything about my experience was comfortable and enjoyable! My dentist took the time to make sure I had all of the information I needed to make good decisions about possible care options. These women were both amazing and I would give this place 10 stars if I could! I’ve been in customer service for over 20 years and good customer service is becoming a lost art. Thank you for caring about customers and delivering exceptional customer service!

If you want the most knowledgeable, caring and attentive dental office...this is it! Legacy Dental Arts has been my choice for over 10 years , as I am not the most easy patient to work on, they have always gone above and beyond...even down to giving me nasal decongestant spray, due to having a stuffy nose! Thank-you for getting me through my crown procedure without any pain or complications!
