I have gone to Look Dental for about 4 years every 6 months and have been very happy with my cleaning of teeth. But I went this week to have my teeth cleaned and exactly 20 min and she had me out in the waiting room. Very disappointed stains still on my teeth. Plus not saying the price of cleaning has gone up very high in just 6 months with a job not happy with.

If I could rate this place -1,000 I would, my son had a Medicaid appointment here. They told us that they would not be able place a cap on his tooth because the tooth was to small( which was incorrect) so they filled it with filling through his gum which now he will have to have it drilled out of his gum (they trapped infection) ( it doesn’t dispose like the correct cap filling) also, told him he’s got 8 cavities (original dentist says today he
doesn’t have any) Also, said he had a back abscess tooth ( didn’t prescribe any antibiotics or pull it) also needed a spacer at the bottom of his mouth( which they couldn’t fit that day because they obviously didn’t know how to do because they told me they would have to do a mold which is incorrect because you would just pick the correct size spacing between the teeth.(1,2,3) ( They told us he would have to wait a month before they began treatment. I am glad I went to his original doctor. This office misdiagnoses their patients or they simply do not care and tell you whatever!! How is it okay to not prescribe a four year old with an abscess antibiotics. This practice doesn’t care about their patients especially a child to misdiagnose and create incorrect treatment plans a month out.

Office is very clean and staff was very polite. I visit every privately owned optometry clinic in the state and this one is very well designed. Not cluttered or overfilled with furniture or frames. I especially like the open format when you first walk through the door. Wishing this practice tremendous success ?

The drive from mobile was worth it coming to this office. This office is well designed. I was greeted and offered beverages. They were quick and did a great job for my kids. We even made it a day at the beach.

They NEVER answer the phone or return the calls. Very HARD TO REACH, AND PRETTY LONG WAIT to get glasses!

I feel like I'm here all the time.. every appointment I have it's always fast and easy vision wise. Dental wise, the staff is always super nice and helpful I always have a good experience. I'll continue to come here!

Summary: They never answer the phone, so I couldn't get a second appointment!

Details: We had a fabulous experience when we went the first time. Clean office and friendly staff. Then, about 5 months later, I canned to try and schedule our next appointment, I could not get a hold of anyone. In a 3 week period, I left 5 voicemails and NEVER got a call back. I tried different days of the week and times of day and NOBODY EVER answered the phone. So now I'm looking for another dentist. Disappointed for sure...
