They performed a root canal on me then a year later I’m still having issues with it. I went in the dentist said they would prescribe me an antibiotic to help with the infection by the end of the day. It is now the next day and I have had to make 6 separate phone calls and it is ongoing. Each time there’s a promise of the prescription being filled and a call back and still nothing. I am now told the doctor will do it in an hour due to her being busy. I don’t appreciate their lack of care, empathy, and accountability. Several excuses were being made when all I need is a prescription to be sent in. This is some of the worst care I’ve ever received.

This office is awful. When my son decided not to go through the process of correcting his teeth, the office still charged us almost two thousand dollars from our deposit even though they only had taken the photos and one interview. That was our copay amount even though we had good Dental insurance. I asked them to itemize the charges and they gave me all kind of excuse. Purely horrible !!

As soon as you walk in the door your greeted by the Wonderful JR with a warm smile and, "How can I help you today?", while you wait for a short while you enjoy music and cold ice water.

Amber professionalism, expertise, and genuine care truly made a difference in my experience. Amber was able to provide me Exceptional customer service while prepping my teeth for cleaning.

Tej was able to help me feel relaxed while cleaning my teeth. She even made me laugh, which sounds strange, if you ever have a chance to met her you will know why. She is a JOY to have and is insightful on keeping your teeth healthy and clean.

My Doctor Harjit Gill is a Blessing !!!
She is always asking, "How are you doing?, Does anything hurt? and is warmhearted to taking care of my teeth.
It shows how much they love their job but also their Patients. Although they are busy they take out time to make sure every patient is cared for.

Tej & JR are amazing. Tej cleaned my teeth/gums, she was very genuine & attentive in explaining every procedure & eliminating all anxiety. JR is also very genuine & attentive in explaining all of the financials & working out a payment plan that best suited me. Very nice experience.

I loved this place, they were very helpful and thorough with explaining what work needed to be done even as I was confused to half of it. The employees actually care about your teeth and want to make the visit as comfortable as possible. The assistances are nice and especially the dentist, they help and ease you through the process. Definitely recommend to anyone with HMO that needs a lot of work done, they'll help as much as they can and get appointments in for you very quickly. No waiting months at a time for one appointment.

The dentists here use to be great until they changed them. The new dentists are no longer trustworthy. My child was seen here and each time she was seen there was always an issue, multiple cavities. When she was seen on the pediatric side she was usually fine no cavities. My child is no longer seen at this dentistry. We got a second opinion after the dentist told us she had bad teeth and that she had multiple cavities. Her new dentist noted only having one cavity. I would seek a second opinion before paying all the money here.

I think you should hire a better person to work at the front desk. They charged me $900 for a cavity, but my insurance covers it. Every time I come here, I feel like I'm being tricked into spending more money. If you want to charge a lot, you should hire someone who gives great service. Dr. Gill is good, but the front desk needs to improve. Their service is not good enough for a medical office.
