I was there for sampling Frederic Malle fragrances and everything went well and kind. Staff is super friendly. They let me pick-up my online order from their store directly. I would definitely recommend, they have a huge selection from Frederic Malle. Probably more other too but I was there for just FM this time 🙂

Mdc cosmetics is a wonderful place, found in the shadow of the water tower, the place is arranged in a particular way, each product is placed with care and good taste, I'm not even talking about the products, they are chosen in such a way that when you purchase something you know that you have bought something of a superior quality, special, something that you will certainly not regret. As for the staff, I have only words of praise, when I need a specific product, they promised me that they would order it and contact me when they have it in stock, and they did it by writing me a warm email and Mrs. Suzanna is a very pleasant presence, always smiling and attentive, she often advised me about the products, and she surprised me by speaking to me in Italian (#1 packing the products for a gift) Congratulations for the work done!

I do not have very pleasant experience.
My first visit in July 2022 was great.
My second visit in August 2022 was not so great.
The same procedure booked.
First, my appointment time was postponed twice.
When I arrived, I was sent to another building.
There, I was immediately informed that I get another procedure and not the one I ordered. Something more suitable for my complexion.
Then I received some other info like: my hair looks horrible, it looks like I do use too many products on my face, but on the other hand I dont use any peeling and so my complexion looks really bad and my eyebrow has a really bad color.
The whole procedure was kind of in a hurry.
When paying, I had to wait many minutes, because all my info was obviously lost so had to be filled in in the computer again. The receipt was then immeditely put in the bin with "oh, you dont need any receipt, right?"
All weird.

I then went to the main building of MDC to buy a voucher for my friend and realised, that in that moment it has only been 50 minutes and I was supposed to have a procedure for 1,5 hour!!
I informed and asked the lady in the store and she told me that is not OK and I should go back and get a voucher for the 30 min.

So I did.
The lady who took care of me earlier told me that I was informed at the beginning that I will get another procedure. And if I want any voucher for 30 minutes than I need to pay first 50 € for something which was done and another XY € for this and that and blablabla... Her attitude was really rude, nasty and unprofessional.
Any information about paying more I never received.

I went back to the main MDC store in a week to speak with someone responsible. Someone in the store told me the owner was on a vacation and I will be contacted by a Spa Manager. My name, and the date of procedure was taken. No one wanted to discuss details with me because there were customers in the store and so I was basically sent home so that I do not bother anyone and no one can hear my complain.

This happened almost 6 months ago and I am still waiting for the Spa Manager to call me..

It looks like no one wants to take responsibility and no one cares about the customer experience.
The procedures are expensive and I find it really disturbing how the customers are treated.

So there are still 11 months left in 2023, let´s wait for the call of the Spa Manager.

Dear MDC-Team & to all interested or simply curious males out there who have probably hesitated to go for a cosmetic session. I‘ve been very lucky today to get a voucher from my wife for a „classic individual (facial) session“ and really-really enjoyed every single minute of it. I‘ve to admit it’s been a while since I‘ve taken the time, effort and of course investment to go for something like that - and I‘d for sure regret it today. Thx MDC, Rachel and the owner Melanie for 90min of wonderful & very professional self care time . Loved the products you used (Susanne Kaufmann), the atmosphere and the way Rachel read between the lines, that I wasn’t in the „talkative mood“. Also enjoyed the little excursion about the sensible curated cosmetic & interieur products they sell in their 2 side by side shops. Even if the neighborhood is not on my permanent „go to“ list, I‘ll be back soon. You guys are special. Thx again!

Another store in Berlin that just cares about making money. I went there and pay for the advice appointment, I was very clear in what I wanted, a deep facial professional cleaning. They suggested an specific treatment ( the most expensive of course ) and I ended up having just a 90min massage with fancy creams, the ones they want to sale.
They don’t do professional face cleaning. Please be aware!
