Disappointed in my experience. I came in earlier this year on an emergency with a swollen face from root canal infection (done somewhere else). The main dentist was not compassionate at all but I was in too much pain to care and long story short I had to come in many times suffering trying to help myself until I got referral. I was charged office visits for basically nothing. I came back to a younger dentist there because I wanted to do work only covered by my insurance, he was good but after I was surprised to be charged because the office never went over anything prior. I’m working with the dentist who did my root canal so I can receive my $ back. I call this office explaining and requesting my files. I had to call for weeks following up. They didn’t send me everything so I again ask for my statement and I started getting ignored. The office staff is something else, so unhelpful and I’ve been nice throughout all this bullshit.

Ive been a regular with dentist office for over 15 + years and when i say I love coming here I mean it ! Staff is highly exceptional from dentists down to the front staff . Every visit is personalized and each encounter you feel the warmth, care, and passion from everyone that works there. The dental staff is very knowledgeable, honest, and supportive they make sure that all answers are answered before leaving your visit . I just have to write again how great this office is. I come here for teeth cleaning & doctor and staff never seize to treat me so well & take care all of my dental needs within one visit. I have been going to Dr Abadi’s office for over 7 -8 years now. His staff are all very professional and friendly. Front office staff Sandra is always very prompt and will call you to remind you of your dentist appointment for the following day. Front office Lupe will go over a payment plan if needed and will thoroughly explain in details and work with you. I have called Dr Abadi for emergencies and he does follow up and return my call. He is excellent professional and friendly. Nelly the assistant is very friendly, kind and professional and makes you feel very comfortable. The hygienist Vano is excellent in his work. He has a very soft hand while cleaning your teeth. You will fall asleep as he completes an excellent well job done when cleaning your teeth
I highly recommended Dr Abadi with his work and staff members.
