Natural Smiles Dentistry was recommended by a friend as she said they worked with people without dental insurance. I went for some tooth pain and ended up needing two crowns. The Doctor was so conscientious about how to fix it for me at low cost. He presented the various options and the pros and cons of each, allowing me to make a decision that worked for me.
When I went back for the crowns I had the BEST experience ever with any type of clinic/doctor. They made sure I was comfortable at every moment. They knew just when to check in with me to make sure I was doing okay. They gave me a blanket to stay cozy. Again the Doctor talked to me about what he was doing, he was so gracious and caring. Britney, the assistant was so kind, skilled and professional. They made me feel like family. Wow! I can't recommend them enough! The way they run their business and treat their customers is the way it should be, like we are all connected and we need to look after each other. Thank you Natural Smiles!!!

Dr. Brickey is an oral craftsman, a journeyman steeped in experience, dedication and compassion. I could not recommend a dentist or a dental staff more highly. From the hygienists to the billing to the man at the top, this practice is dedicated to quality care of their patients. I have been his patient for 25 years as have my wife and kids. Teeth are too important to leave to just any ol’ clown in a white smock. Dr. Brickey and his staff will protect your oral assets for the long haul. Highly recommend!

I’m from out of town, visiting for work, and needed quick treatment for the start of a cold sore. Natural Smiles Dentistry fit me in the same day, which I really appreciated! The staff was incredibly nice and caring, going the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Even though I was just a temporary patient, they treated me with such attention and kindness. If I lived in the area, I would absolutely make them my regular dentist. I was traveling on vacation from Idaho and Dr Brickey and his team warmly welcomed me for a procedure. Because their days were booked full, they could only treat me late in the day. Then he and several
Staff members stayed on a Thursday evening to perform my procedure! Wow! I cannot recommend him higher. I wish we had a dentist like this in Idaho. Plus he did an excellent job!!!

I and my children have been going to Dr. Brickey and his team for over twenty years now and I am so grateful for the care and expertise they have provided through the years, from replacing my old fillings from my early years to fixing my son’s broken tooth, to identifying and addressing my teeth grinding. I absolutely love the vibe in his office, too. They are super professional but in a casual and laid back way that makes you feel relaxed and welcome and confident you’re in good hands. Did I mention there’s always good music playing, too? ? I would 100% recommend Natural Smiles Dentistry to anyone that is serious about approaching their and their family’s oral health in a thoughtful and holistic way.

Our entire family has been coming here for over 20 years. Dr Tom and his entire staff are remarkable at their profession and well as they are very fun and friendly people. Going to the dentist is never scary and is very comfortable. Our son has grown up knowing that going to the dentist is a GOOD thing and nothing to worry about.
