I cannot thank Dr. Nelson enough for working on my teeth. My Sweet Mother was smiling in Heaven.. I have Kidney Disease that has caused many problems for me over the years. I was so nervous.. He didnt rush ... Made me feel less anxious.. His staff is just as amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Nelson.. God bless you Dr. Nelson.

Dr. Nelson and all his staff are the best in the Anniston/Oxford area. I had been seeing another dentist who had missed quite a few things. Dr Nelson is getting me all fixed up. Cleaning are very thorough and the doc shows you in a mirror what he is going to do and explains all procedures extremely well before performing them. A+++++ all the way. You will NOT be disappointed with this office.
