I went in for the first time today, and WOW, everyone was so polite. I did not feel rushed when I saw the Dentist, who was very informative and knowledgeable. I am referring my daughter and her son, along with my husband and anyone else who will listen to me, that this is the best place to go, hands down.

I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years. Dr. J as everyone lovingly refers to him is wonderful and even though I’ve moved 30+ mins away since I started coming here, I’m staying because as everyone knows a good dentist is hard to find. Also, the front desk ladies and all of the other employees are very nice and make you feel welcome.

So I went in for my cleaning and I had a wonderful experience with Valerie. She was incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough throughout my cleaning. I appreciated how she took the time to explain what she's doing and gave helpful tips for maintaining my oral health. I can tell you my first visit was a treat. I wasn't expecting the hospitality from the front desk and a small cozy waiting room. Their office small and quaint with people who carry themselves like experts. I was particular impressed with Agnes who asked questions I was never asked by my previous dentist or his assistants. She's a brilliant worker great at getting to the bottom of things. Dr. Jaetzold talks to you locked in eye to eye. Trustworthy and I was confident he knew what he was talking about. I have been going through hell for the past 3 months and I should have been healed already. I've finally made a lot of progress in one visit. Actually 3 months worth. I feel caught up but this definitely will be a journey, but I think with this team I'll get to the end of journey happy and satisfied with the outcome. I pray they keep up the good work.
