I’ve had an excellent experience at North Tarrant Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for. Dr. Green was highly skilled, professional, and took the time to explain the procedure in detail, which helped ease my nerves. Everything went smoothly, and my recovery was much easier than expected thanks to their clear instructions and follow-up care. The office was clean, well-organized, and equipped with the latest technology. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of oral surgery!

My daughter got her wisdom teeth extracted and I was not allowed to go back with her or be there when she woke up. She was hysterical when they brought her out after, very scary! It makes me wonder how they treated her in the back, especially since she doesnt remember. Office staff didnt seem to have much empathy. Doc did not even come out to say how the procedure went and they did not schedule a follow up to even check her healing! They shooed us out the door quickly with the 1 sheet of post op instructions which were very vague. She got them extracted, not pulled, and told us to alternate tylenol and ibuprofen. I called after hours about medicine dosages because she was in pain, but didn't get a call back. Called the next morning and didnt get a call back until the next day. I feel like they just want your money and dont care too much after.

My dentist found an issue with a wisdom tooth. She referred me to an oral surgeon in another part of town. I called and they sedate everyone. Sorry, my elderly wife can't drive that far. Dr Green's office is much closer and is a much easier drive for my wife. He didn't insist on sedation. He numbed my mouth and in less than a minute the troublesome tooth was OUT! His fee was surprisingly reasonable after insurance. Recommend? TWO thumbs up!

Next day update. My mouth is only mildly sore where that tooth was. No swelling. No bleeding. Soft food for another day or so. Not a problem.

First it always smells amazing! Today even my teen noticed the smell of cinnamon. So very welcoming! The staff is super sweet and communicative. They go above and beyond to make sure there’s no gaps in communication. I was at peace knowing my son was in good hands for his surgery. Thank you to the Green Team!

I appreciate the fact that they are upfront and honest when it comes to procedures, pricing, and everything between. The medical/dental field can be confusing, but they explain everything the best way possible.

I had a very bad experience trying to reschedule my child's appointment with their staff named Vanessa. She was very rude and until this day she cannot reschedule an appointment. The office needs to hire new personnel.
