Dr. Nack and their entire staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always putting me at ease during appointments. My husband Robert had a visit today with the office. Let me start by saying that the customer service is exceptional, we couldn’t have asked for better. My husband came in with so much pain from his wisdom tooth, and the office helped us with the best options. They were able to see him the exact same day, and even set him up on a payment plan.I love how the office is like a big family, which makes the visits even more comfortable overall. This has been the best dental office I have had in my lifetime. The office is cozy, decorative, always clean and my appointments are prompt. Even though I moved on the other side of town, I have no problem with continuing business with On-Pointe. The staff members make you feel welcomed and walk you through the entire process even if it's just a simple cleaning. I'm so very grateful to have found this place and I look forward to each visit. I highly recommend! 10/10

I came in as a new patient today and want to tell everyone just how special this office is as I do have a huge dental fear. from the moment that I came into the office, the front staff is so kind and they had snacks and coffee and and water and Such a wonderful experience just in the beginning then as I got brought to the back, I was met by the Tenchi the hygienist for my x-rays and cleaning, and she was just kind and so knowledgeable and very gentle and answered any questions that I had. I highly recommend this office as when I met Dr Nack he was very very kind and sweet and just in a good mood very positive and knows , how to explain things that i had questions about in layman‘s terms as I am not somebody in the dental field . I completely understood everything that he had told me that I needed to get done as it’s been a while since I had been to a dental office so if you’re looking for a gentle dentist who is very attentive highly perfectionist about his work on his patients This office is the best, and great staff and great office.. I highly recommend this office.

Was very fortunate on a Friday afternoon to be able to get in so quickly on an emergency basis. Stacey at the front desk answered all my questions and was able to help appointment me. Dr. Nack was amazing and after reviewing my X-rays was able to help navigate me in my treatment options. On Pointe Dentistry is without a doubt exceptional! Everyone on the staff is welcoming, friendly and professional, putting any anxiety patients might have at ease. They are also thorough in explanations, making sure patients are informed about what they will undergo. Enrique, the hygienist that attended me, went out of his way to help me feel comfortable and cared for. He was gentle, humble and most appreciatively someone fun to talk to.
