I had such a good first impression because the staff is so welcoming (dental assistant and receptionist are such sweet women!!). I really had high hopes as upon first impression the dentist seemed compassionate and understanding that I have had dental trauma in the past.
But then when I went in for my first actual treatment the dentist would not believe I was in pain during a scraping and multiple extraction.
I tried to explain that in the past I have always had trouble going numb without multiple injections. He did not believe me. Told me I was not in pain as tears were coming out of my eyes. I literally was crying.
I get the impression he was trying to save costs on the numbing agent at the expense of my suffering. Told me numerous times, "No you are fine", when I was in pain.
Very rude and insensitive, now I have to try and find another dentist,

Absolutely amazing experience (as far as dentist appointments go). I get so much anxiety going to the dentist so I have my husband hold my hand the entire time. Dr. Paraiso was patient with me, made it fun, and it didn't hurt at all. The also was the first time I've been shocked by the estimate in the best way possible. He is ethical, honest, and inexpensive. Also, the dental assistant Vi is so calming.

Dr. Paraiso has been my and my children's dentist for over a decade. He is very meticulous and has very good bedside manners when dealing with his patients.
Additionally, Every single person in his office are friendly, professional, compassionate in the needs of each and every patient that walk through their offices.
He is always there to give good recommendations, whether it be a filling, an extraction, root canal or even a dental implant. He puts his patients first and explains in minute detail of the costs associated (what is covered by insurance and out of pocket).
Whenever I have a dental emergency, Carla's is always on top of things. She will readily book you for an appointment almost immediately.
I owe my pearly whites and my bright smile to him and his staff.

Fantastic dental office to go to. I started because my husband recommended and I really like them. Dr Paraiso is a good dentist, he makes sure to explain everything he is doing or even considering, makes you feel part of the treatment plan, which not many people do. Carla and Vee (sp?) are phenomenal at the clinic and make so much of the positive experience. They are a great team and would recommend everyone to go to them

An Oracare agent told me I don't have to use 4 pumps from each bottle. I can get the same effectiveness using 3,2, or even 1 pump from each bottle but they don't mention that on the product box or documentation. Just another greedy company screwing over the consumer.

Dr. Paraiso does excellent dental work. If you are doing major dental work I highly recommend him. Him and his friendly staff provided me with information I needed to make a comfortable decisions for all work I've had done in his office.
